I have been a customer for years but after yesterday I wont step foot in there again! My dog had an appointment to get groomed, and after 3 hours we called to see if he was done they told us they havent even started! No communicstion, no phone call, they are very unprofessional. My dog is very nervous and to sit in a cage for that long makes me unhappy with them and with the company.

Ive lived in Antelope for 16 years, and had been waiting for a pet supply store! I think of this store as a type of "express or mini" Petco! That being said, they offer a great selection of products, and the staff are friendly and helpful, AND they sell crickets for my 18 year old gecko, Tigger! Very happy they are here!

Not only is this not an Unleashed store, they got rid of dog wash. The girl acted like I was insane when i asked if it used to be an Unleashed. The Petco site senr me here, and it says they have one. Petco just wasted an entire day for me. Thanks. Now im back to tracking down a place to wash my dogs. AaRrgh

Took my fur-son (hes a dog) to get a nail trim, we were there maybe 5 minutes and my baby got Kennel Cough and had to be put to rest 2 weeks later!! Building is small, not much of a selection of anything really. Will NEVER go back, ever. Petsmart here we come from now on!!

Ive always received great service at this location. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable and the product selection is really good. I adopted a rescue kitten and Petcos staff was able to help me with everything from food and nutrition, behavior, to exercise and recreation.

I am here all the time, its clean and friendly with quality products. If you shop in the store instead of online its more expensive, but sometimes you cant wait for a delivery or want to see it in person. Plus the dogs like to go into the store.

Friendly and helpful staff! Manager went out of his way to honor internet pricing and refunded the money I spent the night before I realized I could get the online pricing. Thanks Petco! And go Padres at Petco Park in San Diego.

The staff in the fish area had no idea about fish. One example, he suggested an incompatible algae eater for our Betta. The Roseville location had an employee that really knew her stuff, including tanks, food, etc

Small store but its clean and employees provide great customer service. My puppy is in classes here and Zach is a wonderful dog trainer.. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a trainer in the area.

Pretty expensive but convenient location for me for something I need quick. Employees could be friendlier. Winco and all the other local grocery stores have the same goods for dogs too at lower prices.

This place has everything you may need for your pet whether its a dog, cat, fish, bird, reptile, etc. It is a big chain store, but they are very friendly, and the grooming service is cheap and fast.

This past year we have gotten prices matched online and lots of pet pal rewards and all of this has saved us hundreds of dollars. Hope it wont change but who knows.
