I first moved here in April and since, I was a frequent customer. my 1 dog has chronic illness, and I was trying different raw dog foods. So, out of 44 purchases, I returned 14..BIG DEAL!!! I always returned full bags, it wasn’t like I freking wanted to keep going back there!!! If your dog has a reaction to a food, and even if its open, and used only 1 portion, what’s the diff? The dif is POOR POOR customer service!!! I even spoke to the owner, which she has a card that states president, sorry, but owners of stores DO NOT act like this! My poor dog, over 4 months of using Primal, has developed an intolerance to this specific raw food. And I went to return a terrible product and they wouldn’t refund me! Total clueless to real dog issues, they get reimbursed by the manufacturer anyway, unreal!!! Now I just spent $29.99 on Pheasant, and the conclusion is, he was sick after that-duh, it’s the raw dog food! That food is expensive!! I will have to contact them instead, because this company, All the worst (not Best) customer service at these locations, Bellevue too, Issaquah claims it’s a Pattern, what am I, in freking 5th grade!! Terrible way to conduct a business!!! I will never spend a penny there, terrible!!!! So I will have to make my own food, which is better, because even these so called organic foods on the market, commercial raw, you just can’t trust it. And he was very healthy until he started eating this particular brand. Anyway, I just want to warn anyone else that may have a dog with special needs. I have spent my life savings on my dogs, but what the hell do they care, they only care of the BOTTOM LINE-called P&L !!!!They are not certified in anything pertaining to animals, they know nothing of animal nutrition and customer service!

They have a small selection, which is the only reason why I didnt give 5 stars, but we found an awesome bone here for our dog that he likes, doesnt upset his stomach, and doesnt create a huge mess of fragments when he chews them (we have looked everywhere for something that makes him and us happy). Super friendly staff and some of the prices on things are comparable to Petco.
