Its been a little while since I have gone in to this store but I have bought a number of reptiles from here (and food for them) over the years. I have typically had good customer service but as I said its been a while since I have gone in and its always hard to say who may be working there now.

Great store, smaller than PetsMart but employees are helpful and comes ask if you need help. They do it at PetsMart too but to a much less extent. Great place.

Sold me a faulty heat lamp light and when I went back to excahnge it I arrived exactly at closing time. The staff was rude and wouldnt make the exchange.
