The employees here are by and far significantly better than any other pet store in the area. Theyve helped me diagnose an ear infection, pick a travel carrier, identify a toy my moms 95lb lab and sisters pitbull can play with for more than fifteen minutes without destroying it, find grooming supplies for a wussy/whiny havanese dog (hes a princess), and figure out treats that wont make my dog puke. I always end up spending way longer in here than intended, but not because of lines or slowness; just great conversations.

They have an area in the back where you can wash your dog. Costs $10, and they provide shampoo, conditioner, brushes, towels, and a blow dryer all for that $10 price.
