I went in to the pet store/grooming shop to get my dogs nails trimmed. I was a little apprehensive because of the reviews I saw on here. The groomer(Melissa) did a great job and you can tell that she enjoys working with animals. She did say something that I thought was odd though, she doesnt get her grooming supplies from the store, she gets them somewhere else... The front desk person was quick but did not have any real customer service skills to speak of. I would say that they did a good job and it turned out just fine.

I would have really liked to try the self serve dog wash... We arrived an hour before closing (hours stated on the website as 5:30 on a Saturday). We had an emergency, visiting family from out of town and our dog had rolled in mud and was a mess! We were desperate and low on options. Upon arriving at the shop at 4:30, we were told the self serve dog wash closed at 4:00. We pleaded our desperate case and were still refused. Not to mention met with less than friendly staff! Such a disappointment.

I can not share the same experience as Jandor or Ingrid, Every time I have gone in there I have been greeted with knowledgeable and honest people. The fish are in good shape and if they notice there is a problem in the tank such as a sick fish they will shut down that tank so no one takes home sick fish. So overall I give it 5 stars, in addition I to traded fish and got a fair exchange for my 2 very ornery fish.

I come here for fish and supplies. The staff is better trained than big box fish stores in regards to fish care, and is also more knowledgeable. They will often take the initiative and do research If they can not answer your question. They can special order animals and plants they dont carry or are out of, and they are priced fair. I enjoy coming to this store.

Been very happy lately with service and advice. I come every week for supplies and food for 3 different reptiles and a rat, and have appreciated advice on my animals just based on knowing how long Ive been going there and them knowing when to upgrade their diets. My kids enjoy petting the bunnies which are always so cute and very friendly.

Very helpful. My daughter has been looking at birds for a while. Teresa gave us a call because they had a baby parakeet that had a bit of training and thought it would be perfect for my daughter. She was right, my daughter and her new pet are inseparable. Thank you for thinking of her when you got this bird.

Amazing place. Came in for a surprise birthday present for our daughter Belinda helped us. She was able to help us get all of our supplys for our baby girls birthday n she is so excited to welcome our new addition to our family. They are really good at there job and take good care of the animals there.I would recommend you going there to by a pet like a bunny ,Guinea pigs , different types of fish, mice, rats, birds,and sometimes they have puppies or kittens!They also have stuff you would need to take care of an animal you got!

I LOVE THIS STORE! this store is worth every penny and whenever I go in there they always greet me and find me what I want. Another reason I like it is because they let you hold the animals there unlike petco. I dont see any reason to dislike this store

I should have a wrote a review years ago. We have a huge St Bernard and the professional pet groomers are amazing! They make him look the beautiful guy he is every time! Not one thing bad to say at all.

Over all its been great doing buisness here. They tend to screen their pets, at least their rodents better than the other stores in town so youre less likely to get a sick one.

I do not get acknowledged either, even when I am at the register to pay. Poor customer relations skills. Very limited selection for pet foods.
