This was bad customer service. I called inquiring about an item. Was put on hold for 12 minutes. The line transferred me to a voicemail box. So I called back and the next employee that answered said, " We dont have a voicemail. Oh we dont know what we get till we work our load." So I dont know what happened to the first lady, but she blew me off, and they both were rude and unhelpful. Obviously I had been on hold so long the phone transferred me somewhere. Who knows where that was. And secondly, you have an order sheet, so they coulded have looked up what was ordered. Not wait until they actually put the product away.

I love this store. It is spacious and clean. Its the only place I can find the dog food my dogs like( Earthborn ) There are quite a few employees here who are super nice. I believe one lady even owned her own feed store but it was out of town so I dont think most people knew about it. She is really great and always friendly.

Tractor Supply is a valuable store to have in Oroville, as they serve a market segment that no other store seems to acknowledge. I seem to find myself here at least once a month and never leave without what I was looking for.

Check your change. Cashier just gave me a Finnish markka that is not even legal tender and did nothing about it. I said did you know this is not a US coin and she said hmm and handed it back. Calling management tomorrow.

I just love the variety and quality of products available at this store! We were able to buy chicken feed, paint brushes and cat worker! And I get more compliments on the clothes I buy here than anything else I wear!
