The sales associates are very helpful and knowledgeable about their merchandise (and if for some rare instant they arent, theyre truthful and not all about upsaling a more expensive product because theyre pressured to). Also theyre competitively priced with a price match guarantee, which shows theyre driven to be competitive with the larger chains while at the same time, customers are able to enjoy the friendly atmosphere of their more personable shop. Lastly, they have a rewards program that you can earn a $5 off reward coupon once youve accumulated 2,500 points from purchases. It cant get any better than that...

THIS PLACE IS AMAZING they have been nothing but helpful and extremly nice, a guy named brian is so funny and works with you when you have problems, another guy named jim is amazing and knows his stuff as well as jake coulter pat and some other girl that barley talks, i buy everything from fish to food for my rats and dog there they help you save money have a great rewards program know you by name and treat you like family i strongly suggest you try this place out first.

Maggots in the dog treats on the counter, sooooooo happy my dog freaking ate one whole treat already. Not! This place is too expensive and touts too many "natural" "raw" foods for this to have happened. Maybe those should have been in the fridge.

Gives me great water quality tests whenever I need them! Only problem though is that I cant get any fish or live aquatic plants from here right now because they have SNAILS!! Ill wait until they have them under control before I get anything else.
