We love this location! All the staff are super friendly making this neighborhood PetSmart the best in our area! It doesnt feel like the uptight corporate pet store, it has a small town kind of feel with all the great products and always very CLEAN. The location is great, just around the corner from our home and near all major supermarkets with plenty of parking so rarely is there a traffic jam getting out of the parking lot. They are never super busy making this place ideal for shopping and restocking. Im in an out within minutes. Ive tired other PetSmart locations in the surrounding area but they dont compare to this one. The customer service, Grooming Dept and cleanliness of the store is Superb. For being a relatively new store, I was quite impressed with the amount of knowledgable staff they had on board. We fell in love with our groomer Lorraine. She is by far the best groomer Ive had since moving to Sacramento 2 years ago. My 6 yr old Yorkie, Molly loves Lorraine. Molly gets spoiled by her with special attention and care. Lorraine is very self aware when handling Molly, she knows her likes and dislikes and we trust her 100%! We highly recommend Lorraine and this location to anyone whos looking for a new groomer or a new neighborhood pet store.

Staff is not customer friendly...pomeranian was hurt in process of grooming very minor injury gave me 80% discount and took him to vet at there cost...minor cut from grooming..but the staff is just so not customer friendly makes me feel as my friend...i.e dog is not given the best care. Will not come back..extremely rude Staff needed to tell me 4 times that being late will cancel my appointment...I said I understand...but continued to tell me over and over... I said fine...but there was no one there or any appointments...so as a favor..would let me still come in 15 minutes late...far I as I can tell..youre gonna lose business.

The service has continued to go downhill. Today I was ignored by the staff while waiting in line and another customer was taken in front of me. They turned away another customer because the groomer didnt feel like dealing with cats. Another customer needed to ask multiple times for assistance to purchase fish. Customer service has taken a back seat at this PetSmart. Too bad, when they opened they were okay, but the staff has changed and so has the experience. Ill be shopping on Amazon and hiring an actual groomer.

Recently took my fur pup in to get a trim up my husband dropped off and was very pleased . The PetSmart grooming manager there from the very start was so sweet and accommodating. Lorraine called me to verify what i wanted since there was some confusion. She advised me when i was uncertain. And my baby came out better than i cam imagine. I recommend her to anyone who wants their dog to look like a teddy bear.

We love to come see Jess when its time to trim my cats nails. Even though James hates his crate, Jess always makes these visits less stressful for everyone all around. She has amazing customer service and great suggestions for items within my price range. The other employees have also always been genuinely friendly and always willing to help. Love this store!

This Petsmart is a VERY small location but instead of maximizing the space they have available by offering a small stock of a variety of pet supplies, they have every brand, type and size of dog and cat food in existence. So if thats the only reason for your visit to a pet supply store then this is a great place to go. If you want ANYTHING else, Dont bother.

Do not buy fish here ! Great selection but fish died after 2 days and gave all my fish ick! This has happened twice! All my fish are dying! I would give no stars exept it wont let me! Petsmart needs to take better care of their fish!

Great little place. Been taking my precious little Piper (my beautiful and adoring cat extraordinaire) for all her grooming needs she requires. Have had the same gal there to take care of whatever she needs/wants and she is great!

I love this stores groomers! Harmony always does the best job on my pit and makes sure shes relaxed. With anyone else shes super nervous and anxious, but harmony is a natural! Would definatly recommend her!
