Incredible Pets is a great little shop. I started keeping tropical fish about a year ago. I was pleasantly surprised at the variety of both flora and fauna available at this little shop. Both live fish- food and live plants are available at this location. Their stock is healthy and the tanks are well maintained. However, the thing that keeps me coming back is the staff. Danika is always willing to share her experience, or order something special for me when I ask. Prompt and cheerful service is the norm--Rachel helped me yesterday, and her enthusiasm was infectious.I am now a customer for life. Highly recommended.

The staff is friendly, helpful & knowledgeable. Dogs are welcome, & there are free treats at the registers. They have a great selection of products, free samples and good sales. The pet wash is professional grade, with two stations which are large enough for big dogs. The fee is reasonable, the water pressure is strong enough to penetrate thick coats, and free high quality shampoos are provided. The location is convenient, & you can usually find whatever your pet needs.

Nicely rn store. Staff is friendly, great selection, newly remodeled w more bulk items for purchase; dog biscuits, dog food, cat litter etc. Made us sign a three page affidavit to buy a teddy bar hamster but, other than that first rate place. Decent prices to pricey.
