All my animals i bought there died within the week or 2 weeks of geeting them ..an im not to blame because i bought from other stores like reptile depot and serpintarium and still have those animals..so therefore Nothing good to say about any of the petcos near by or honestly anywhere..savannah monitor had seizure and died in my hand fire skink fecaled his intestines out...water dragon was deathly sick when purchased taratntula dropped dead out of nowhere when he had no problems the day before...not to mention the over priced feeders when i can get a thousand crickets at reptile depot or serpintarium for twenty dollars an like 200 for twenty dollars...just not the store for your loyay companions

We went to about 6 stores looking for pets steps so my rescue poodle can get up and down on the bed to the new place we moved and new bed was too high for him to jump . Not only did Alex the cashier told me about the pricing online, that saved about $30 dollars but I also got a gift certificate for $5 . Alex is the kind of employee that all stores need because she loves her job and it definitely shows ! Btw the stairs are wonderful and Petco is my pet store before today as I also take him to get groomed there . Thank toubAlex you are amazing !

I was on my way there and called them to tell them i was going to be 5 minutes late they said it was okay. Literally two minutes later I get a phone calling from them telling me they cant take me anymore as I was in the parking lot. She said she had other dogs to take care of which is funny that they would schedule an other appointments at the same exact time. Worst service ever.

Went in with no greeting. We looked at the hamsters when we realized were having babies so we notified the employees. Very rudely one of the ladies decided to push my friend out of the way and put her hand in her face telling her no pictures. I understand you have a job to attend to, but there was definitely a way better way of handling that situation.

Always very friendly with me and my Lily. They have helped me solve many food issues and made helpful suggestions. In addition, I love their selection of clothes for Lily. I have purchased several dresses and a very sharp looking winter coat for her. She is always getting compliments on her styles. She wears them well.;

I was told by an employee here that my bearded dragon did not require water. I was also told that 80 degrees was warm enough inside his tank. He has now been to the hospital twice and had to spent $600. I trusted them, that was my mistake. I dont think they know very much at all.

Shamika should be ashamed of her poor customer service skills. I did not hear a hello, no thank you... you know what I didnt hear anything at all! She was terrible! Ignored me right from the beginning. You do not have a hard job girl, learn to smile and be polite.

Worst customer service! Everytime I come here i have to search for an employee and then when I do finally find one they act as though i just imposed a huge burden on them! Sorry for disturbing you while you are WORKING!

They do a great job on my dog- she is short=haired, so it mainly just a wash, teeth brushing. The woman manager there loves dogs and that feeling is passed on to the other groomers. I recommend them.

They do not treat the pets they sell well and I do not suggest you go here. The employees barely know what they are talking about and Petco sells products unsafe for animals.
