Went to look for fishes for my new tank setup, waited 15 mins and no one came by the fish area so I went and found a staff member on the other side of the store who said they would call someone over for me. Again 10-15 mins I waited. Again I went to find a different staff member who said theyd call someone. Again I waited 10 mins or so until I went to the register and asked for a manager to be called. The manager was polite, knowledgeable, and helped me with everything I needed, but as I was one of maybe 15 people in the store should it have taken 30mins and a manager for me to get service? When I found the fish I was looking for, two of the 6 or so in the tank were dead, so I didnt even buy. Not sure Id bother going back for that.

Went to take my cat in was a few minutes late for the appointment. There was no rush I was going to drop him off for most of the day. We called each other at the same time and she told me she wouldnt be able to take me anymore cause its too late. If it takes ten minutes to groom a car why couldnt it get done at a later time if necessary. But to just flat out refuse is ridiculous. Just because youre one if the only car groomers around didnt mean you can treat patients like they dont matter. Its not right. Ill have to get some clippers and do it myself. Hopefully I dont hurt my cat.

I brought my older basset in for a grooming a few days ago. When I picked her up, she was a happy, fluffy dog. However, halfway home, I noticed her basset odor was still present, and when I got home, I noticed her nails had hardly been trimmed and her ears had gone I cleaned. Essentially, I paid for a soapless bath and drying. It was very disappointing. Im giving three stars since our bassets previous grooming experience there had been excellent.

Nice to have a store that is all about pets. Love that they give back to animal shelters, local teams, etc. Clean with friendly service. Carries lits of different brands. Has puppy training classes that are great. Has grooming and vet available, too. Dogs are welcome there, too.

Service is great, and they usually have what I want in stock. They have a Banfields Pet Hospital, and a grooming service - which have reasonable prices and good service.

Smaller petsmart. Has great deals on their clearance stuff. If youre looking for basic pet stuff Id check other big box retailers because a lot of their items are pricey.

Nice people in the store and there is an animal hospital in the back making it full service for people and their pets.
