New to the area and didnt know about all the foxtails, stickers, etc. Found out the hard way on Day 1, with 2 long haired dogs literally covered in them. Took them here for emergency grooming after spending 2 hrs on the first dog and getting halfway through. They could not have been kinder and did an amazing job washing and grooming the dogs. I actually didnt realize how good the groom job was, until now that Ive taken them to a few other places in Grass Valley, top rated places, and this place was still by far the best. Not sure what they did, but those dogs were shiny for weeks. Were coming back! (Ps, on the 1-star review for the dog that needed a muzzle to have nails clipped- I dont blame them. There are some pretty poorly/untrained dogs around here)

They told me they would trim my dogs nails and as soon as I told them he needed a muzzle (most dogs do) they said they couldnt trim his nails hes too "big" this was a 70lbs dog... wont be going there again
