I really had good opinion on LensCrafters but after my recent visit I changed my opinion. I recently experienced really bad customer service at this location. I was treated really bad and I will never go to this location again. People working here are kind of racists and i will definetely not go to this place again. Also they have very few options...I am sure there are many other good places in town.

Went in to talk with someone about my Ray-ban prescription glasses frame fading in color. It had been about 2-3 years since I bought them. Daniel was extremely helpful and even offered to switch them out for a brand new pair free of charge. I highly recommend this Lenscrafters. Their prices are a little high compared with some places online, but their service is what makes it worthwhile!

Lazy associates - poor customer service - long wait times. Nearly 3 hours for an eye exam. Avoid at all costs. Go somewhere else.
