Best and most thorough eye exam by Dr. Broeder. She was knowledgeable and had an excellent bedside manner. She explained every procedure and explained every result. I am a healthcare professional who is not easily impressed. Excellent describes my experience with her. The staff, and assistants were exemplary. They to were thorough and pleasant to work with. The selection of eyewear styles exceeded my expectations. This is the second pair of glasses that I have purchased from the Eyewearhaus. I have kept the previous frame and have my eye prescription updated in this same frame for the last three years. I have purposely waited to purchase new frames until I could return to Eyewearhaus. Michael is a gem. He is personable and very knowledgable. He always has high end frames available for selection. I currently reside in Georgia and purposefully delay my eyewear purchase until I visit St. Louis, MO. The wide selection of eyewear found at the Eyewearhaus does not exist in Savannah. I gave this store a rating of five. Visit the Eyewearhaus in St. Louis, MO and be dazzled by the physician, the staff, and Michael. Rochelle from Savannah, Georgia.

I just wanted a fun pair of glasses, and thats why I stopped in to check out the selection. I received so much more! I was greeted warmly (each time I came in.) When Trisha first came over to help, I told her what I was initially wanting. She gave me a number of options, and then some I had not expected. I was pleased with all the choices. I came in a second time a couple weeks later, and the owner helped me order a pair. He gave me all kinds of information about why he chooses the frames and brands to carry. It really helped solidify that I was making the right choice. Upon picking up my glasses, everything was adjusted to be just right. No distortion in the lenses. Nose pieces were adjusted just right. Ear pieces fit comfortably. They said that if I had any concerns, they would help remedy the issue right away. The customer service and selection were so fantastic, that I will be buying glasses from them as long as l possibly can.

1st - most thorough eye exam I have ever received. Dr. Broeder was professional, yet caring. Great explanations of every phase of the exam process. And no annoying puff of air into my eyes! Big plus! 2nd - the staff was great. The store was very busy, yet we were very well cared for by the opticians. There were three women working plus the owner, and they all stayed focused on the client(s) that they were dealing with, all with a smile on their face. Great attitudes towards both the clients/patients AND their workplace. Their is a feeling of pride as soon as you walk through the door. Michael has not only done well in training his staff, but has also done extremely well in picking self-assured, self-motivated personnel who know and like their jobs.

Received an eye exam before getting some readers. This isnt my first second or third experience with Eyewearhause Inc. Truth is they are like family at this point. Customer service is so important to me as a consumer. I want to feel that human connection when conducing business. The people here are polite, sincere, and extremely helpful. They care. In addition they work very well with figuring out whats affordable and equally stylish. They have the best frames in the area so thats always fun to look at. But again as great as the products are, more than anything the spirit of the staff is what I love the most!

I had a great experience! Im a large man and in the past I have not found anywhere that had a large selection of frames for a larger man. I was used to only having one or two pair to chose from in the past. Eyewearhus had about 14 different designer pairs for me to chose from. I love the selections......it was almost difficult to choose. You can definitely find something to fit your personal style. It is so refreshing to have so many choices. The staff was very helpful. It was a great relaxed atmosphere and I was very pleased with the experience. Thank you Eyewearhaus!

If youre in the market for eyewear you owe it to yourself to stop in at Eyewearhaus before you buy. They have a huge selection of glasses and frames - many of them unique and one of a kind. The staff is friendly, courteous, and personable. Most importantly they are very knowledgeable about contacts and glass lenses. You will never receive a pair of glasses that are not perfectly ground for your prescription - no matter how complicated. With their large selection of frames you will be sure to find glasses that will compliment your face and restore your visual acuity.

Pros - Great selection of glasses Knowledgeable staff Cons - High pressure sales Everything is an option or fee Poor follow-up support Liked the selection but wont return or recommend them. They do have more styles than most any other place in St. Louis and are good matching faces, likes, etc. with the right pair but this place is made to make money, nothing more. By the time you walk out you feel dirty from being assaulted by nickle and dime tactics. As a frequent flyer this place had more fees than an airline.

This place stinks. I was referred here by Oliver Peoples and it was a convenient location. They have a great selection, but their customer service is non-existent. I came in and nobody even acknowledged me. I waited for 10 minutes and had to speak up for anybody to even say anything. They didnt seem in any rush to help me so I waited another 5 minutes and just left. Nobody seemed to notice or care and Ill never be back because I found Vision Care Consultants on Tesson Ferry and they were great!

The staff were very helpful, experienced, enthusiastic, and patient. It can take a while to choose the perfect pair of new glasses, and I appreciated that I was not rushed at all. The eye exam was perfectly comfortable and the physician very kind. I love my new glasses and am so so pleased with the quality of frames offered, they are all so different and interesting, and I feel like mine are one of a kind and exactly what I was looking for.

Staff was very friendly and extremely knowledgeable about my options for frames, lenses and even the complicated issue of my insurance coverage. When they didnt know something, they didnt hesitate to call and find the correct answer. Great selection of frames in the store and if, like in my case, you need something they dont have they will order it in. Great customer experience in every way.

This latest pair of frames is my 5th from Eyewearhaus. I absolutely love this place. Unique selection wonderful sales people and convenient location. Everytime I go in they have all new selections and the girls that help fit me are kind and listen well to my needs. I always notice how the owner is present and chimes in when appropriate.
