Well, its been a few months now since I bought my first motorcycle here and I have to say that it was awesome! A little bit about myself first, I used to work in new car dealerships, I was a ASE mechanic for a while and I love honesty. The second I walked in, I was welcomed and advised that I am free to wonder around the show room. That if I had any questions, a staff member is more than happy to answer it..... No sales pressure what so ever! I freaking loved it! So I walked around for a bit and a bike caught my attention. I quickly found a staff member and asked him a few questions about the motorcycle (mechanics stuff).... and to my surprise, he had an answer for everything (things that arent in an owners manual).... During the conversation a gentleman walked up to us and introduced himself asking me if everything was to my liking and letting me know that there was complimentary pastries/donuts with drinks/water/coffee available by the lounge area..... (I was starving, so yes I ate a few things. Especially since everything was fresh! Including fresh coffee! Anyway!)..... I later found out that the gentleman was one of the owners! Such a cool guy and guess what, he used to race motorcycles himself professionally.... Great environment, no sales pressure, knowledgeable staff and they all work with a passion for motorcycles... You just cant beat that.... Even the repair technicians (mechanics) were so chill and when I peaked into their shop, it was definitely at a high end dealership level... Highly recommended for service/repairs on your used or new motorcycle. Gracias Motorcycles Of Dulles

These guys saved me. If youre traveling through the DC area and have any issues or need some help, you couldnt find a better place to stop. I was riding my 1999 r1100r through the area on a trip to upstate NY and was starting to have trouble with my clutch. I found them on the web and decided to go by to see if I could get some advice. They immediately took a look at it, drove it around the block, and let me know the bad news that it probably wouldnt make it to NY but also that it would be extremely expensive to repair. Multiple people explained to me what would be involved in even diagnosing the problem, but didnt pressure me in any way to leave it with them. Instead, when I explained how I needed to get home to NY and that the bike had some sentimental value to me, they immediately started helping me figure out ideas for how to get it home. Especially helpful in this regard was Drew Alexander, who was very friendly and went and looked up Uhaul options for me online. When I decided to go with that option, he helped me get it loaded and properly strapped in. He also told me to be in touch if I had any problems on the way up, as he knew people at other dealerships along my route. I couldnt have asked for more hospitality and help in a really frustrating circumstance! Thanks to Drew and all those that helped me there get the most out of a bad situation! Travelers should be aware of their friendliness and hospitality as it can often be daunting trying to choose a shop to go to as your traveling! My general impression as well is that everyone there are seasoned experts who are able and willing to answer your questions, explain a problem in detail, and assist in any way they can. If I lived in the area, theyd be my go to place for sure.

After years of wanting a Triumph I finally got one last June. I couldnt be happier to have purchased my bike from these guys. Everything About their organization is friendly and professional. My sales reps were Todd and Drew who made sure that I was on the right bike for me. And, altbough it took me a while to figure out which bike I wanted exactly, they were kind and professional throughout the process; very understanding and considerate of the importance of the descicion. It really didnt feel like I was being sold anything, rather, it was more like I was taken on a tour of a wonderful and exotic location. One of the owners, John, handled the financing portion and I felt I was treated well the ought the process, and given a competitive interest rate. Most importantly, they were honest. Ive been to motorcycle dealers where they will simply misinform you about machines out of ignorance or plain dishonesty. That would NEVER happen at motorcycles of Dulles. Several bikes I looked at I was told immediately would not be good fits for me and given detailed reasons why. They are really advocates for the customer. Overall, my impression was that they were a very ethical company, and a solid organization. They respect their customers and their products. If youre going to buy a bike, new or used, check this place out. I ended up buying a Bonneville T120 jet black. I love it and its the best thing Ive done for myself in a long time. I am greatful for the team at motorcycles of Dulles for helping out me in the bike that was right for me.

Im almost sorry to be the one who gives a bad review of this place with so many good ones, but I have to be honest with my experience. I was looking for a particular model bike. They had one in stock, and probably the only nearby dealership. My gripe is there was absolutely...again, emphasizing the word "absolutely"... no room for negotiation with them. Full sticker price, full price on every single thing (tax, title, tags, processing fees, delivery fees, etc.)...not a penny less. None. Zilch. Not even freebies. Not even a coupon. Not even a discount on first service. You just pay everything in full or no deal. Period. Seriously, I tried everything I could down to just "$100 off" but still, the answer was No. No can do. So, I had no choice. I had to give up and take a 100-mile trip to another dealership who let it go for $1,500 off the "everything price". I dont know... maybe Im the weird one, but in my experience customers should always walk out feeling like a winner by getting a discount, or something thrown in there as a freebie; something to make them feel victorious. But as most other good reviews say, the people there were very friendly. And I have to at least thank them for letting me test ride the bike.
