Terrible service department, they lied to my wife and I on multiple occasions but theyre quick to make sure you get them their money. The sales manager lost out on me purchasing a $14,000 bike from him because he was lazy and didnt care. This place is a joke and I dont even know how this dealership is still in business. Never been to any other one but if theyre anything like this one, I probably never will. Save yourself the time and headache and drive to Mountain Motorsports in Conyers.

Sales, service and parts are all top notch. The McDonough store is fantastic. Weve bought 4 new BMWs from this store in the past two years. Every purchase has been a fantastic experience. The parts department goes above and beyond to answer our questions and place orders. The Service Department has taken good care of all our vehicles. Weve always walked away happy from McDonough BMW.

Do not under any circumstances bring your bike here for service. I have had my BMW f800s and f650cs here for three MONTHS only to be quoted significantly higher prices than BMW motorcycles of Atlanta. Ive had my calls and texts avoided by the service staff here. Do yourself a favor and just go to the Atlanta store for service.

Great store with plenty of BMW bikes, parts, and accessories. Heather was super-helpful. She was knowledgeable about their products and was willing to answer all my questions. I was tempted to buy another bike. Service department was impressive as well. Ill be back.
