Buy an Indian, but dont buy it here. I have had nothing but trouble with this dealership, despite the bike being amazing. My roommate and I drove 2.5 hours one weekend, worked out the deal, both bought Indian Scouts, and were ready to trade our bikes in the following weekend. Should have been able to walk in, sign some paperwork, and drive off, right? Wrong. It took them over 5 hours to get everything ready for us to leave, despite having a week to get everything ready. If this was the worst thing that happened, I would be fine. The person who attached both of our temporary tags only put one screw in it, and we realized they had flown off on the highway when we got home. I emailed and called several times trying to get them to send me a new one, and they kept stalling and saying they would look into it, and never responded to my emails when I inquired about it. They lost my insurance paperwork, and I was prompt in sending it to them to make sure everything was good on my end. Again, if this was the worst thing that happened, Id be able to brush it off. Things happen, the world isnt perfect. 25 days go by, and I look at my bank account, and for some reason, I still have my bike loan for the bike I traded in, and my automatic payment went through for a bike I dont even own anymore. I call them up, and say "Looks like you guys screwed up and didnt pay off my old bike". The response I get is an indignant "No we didnt" Yes, yes you did. I gave them a 10 day payoff amount for the loan as part of the paperwork, so why wouldnt you pay it off within 10 days? He responds with technically we have 30 days to pay it off, and promises to take care of me for the money I paid on the loan that month. Still havent seen any of that money. He claimed the person who handled the payments was on vacation 2 weekends in a row. Thats inexcusable for them not to have that taken care of in a timely fashion. My roommate checked his bank account, and had the exact same issue; loan still hadnt been paid off. Within 2 days the loan was paid, but it shouldnt take me calling and pestering them to make them do their jobs. After accepting the fact that these people were never going to send me another temp tag, I made myself a temp tag and risked getting pulled over and questioned for a month. That "tag" expires in five days, and neither my roommate nor I had received anything in the mail regarding our registration. So we go down to the DMV, and they have no record of our bikes having any paperwork processing. Turns out they never sent the paperwork. I dont know why Im surprised, with the litany of other incidents of laziness or incompetence, or both, I cant be sure. All of this is a crying shame, because I absolutely love this bike. I highly recommend the Indian Scout to anyone, its my dream bike and I couldnt be happier. But please, for the sake of your sanity, dont buy it here. I will give some praise to the gentleman who took us out for test rides/was wiping down bikes on the showroom, he seemed like he genuinely loved these motorcycles and was very enthusiastic the entire time we spent in the store. Give that man a raise. Its a shame the management staff cant get out of their own way and make buying these amazing bikes a pain free experience.

Just completed my 10K service on my 2011 Harley Davidson Street Glide with Steve Studstill at the new Indian Dealership on Atlanta Highway. Impressed as always....VERY professional work that was done on time and was done correctly. Ive worked with Steve for many years and at through at least 5 bikes! The important thing about finding a good service group is that they look out for you. It isnt just about the service....its about them caring that youre on two wheels and knowing that they can help protect you. Steve and his crew will ALWAYS make recommendations to keep your bike in top working order.....and more importantly, to keep you safe. You never really get a feel for a business until AFTER the sale is made......the service group are the ones that build the long term business......and Steve Studstill has earned my loyalty. Best wishes to Atlanta Highway Indian Motorcyle.....class act!

Im in the market for a new bike and decided to go see my good buddy Steve S. who is now at Indian Motorcycles on Atlanta Highway. Ive known Steve for over a decade and hes always been tip top when it comes to bike service and friendliness. He has helped me out of many tight spots by going way above and beyond whats required of him as a Service Manager. I live 25 miles away from this dealership, but I plan to buy mine there simply because I know when I have to take it for repairs, Steves the man I want wrenching, or at least in charge of the wrenching. Sales staff at this dealership are amazing as well. Sam G is super friendly, will do everything he can to get you the info you need to make an informed buying decision. Go see these guys!

I have never had a more superior customer service experience than with the team at Atlanta Highway Indian. Service Manager Steve took the time during their busy open house to take me back to the service area and explain how the Freedom pipes and new air filter could cool my engine off. I was sold on the spot. When picking up my bike AFTER closing, Dustin saw me and came out to be sure I was pleased with the new Freedom pipes and Filter. I mentioned needing a cup holder for an upcoming trip. He sold me the display And put it on my bike! Although I didnt buy my bike here, you would think I was their first customer ever. These folks rock!

i was looking for a new touring bike, visited Harley who were exceptional!, then this place..the staff member i spoke with was more interested in sitting on his seat, telling me how he worked for Harley for years, was once a bodyguard (the relevance of which still escapes me) and how he had over 40 years experience riding every bike under the sun.. but couldnt tell me the dry/wet weight, max pay- load etc of the machines i was interested in, then he proceeded to tell me how BMW cant make a touring motorcycle,..sigh, i went home and Googled the answers i needed then bought my bike from a different dealership, save yourself a headache.
