My husband bought new tires for our Harley. Chris in the Service Department was extremely helpful in ordering the tires and setting up the pick-up of the motorcycle. An excellent driver (we didnt get his name) actually picked up the bike for the tires to be installed, and returned the bike to us once the job was complete. Everything about this job was outstanding from start to finish (cost, time, efficiency, etc.). We dont know many businesses who handle their customers this way anymore. had bikes on a trailer, my friends bikes and mine have the factory alarm. Mine went into travel mode no problem, couldnt get the other 2 into travel mode. Was driving past and stopped in to see if they could help me. BAD MISTAKE. I was the only one in the service department the whole time, no other customers. Told a man and woman behind the counter my problem, all I got was a piece of paper with instructions. Told them I knew how-to do it but couldnt get the other 2 to work. Was told to pull the "Maxi fuse". They never stepped foot from behind the counter.

I needed some plug wires and this dealership was in the same area of an appointment that day. The service counter representative was extremely helpful and made sure I had everything that was requested. I needed $10 dollars worth of wires but ended up buying much more just because the service guy was a pleasure to deal with. Saw a bike I really wanted but you know how that goes if youre on a budget like me. Big shop! Lots of apparel, bikes, and racks of parts.

Bought a street glide from here, 38 days (300 miles) later the clutches go out. Had to pay full price for the repair since the warranty doesnt cover technician negligence. They are no better than a used car lot. They put trades on the showroom floor without servicing them. I should have went to Calumet Harley like I was warned to but I figured they are all the same. Boy was I wrong. Im going back to Jap bikes if this is what you get when you buy American.

Denis and Larry in sales are the best. I had bought a sportster and within 3 days realized that it was just not for me. I called them up, and they had me come in, took the bike back and got me into a road King. Gave me a GREAT deal. All the time being courteous, upfront, and honest. The whole staff there that I worked with were awesome and I will be recommending them to everyone I know. Go there, you wont be disappointed.

Very happy with service! Took my Wide-glide in without an appointment with a fluid leak and had some service needs. Chris in service was very accommodating on getting the bike taken in and getting taken care of. There also was a number of additional items I had taken care of while it was in. All were done very professionally and at a very competitive rate.

The staff is amazing here. Denis sold us our very first Harley!! Everyone is helpful and very friendly and they took care of us from every aspect of buying our motorcycle!!

Bad place to take your bike for repairs. There Tech dont know what their doing. They take your money,but do fix your bike for what you take it for. Stay away from them.

Staff are helpful and easy to just stand around and chat with. They have a lot of Harleys. They dont have a huge selection of appeal and what they have is super $$$$.
