Jim the sales person sold me a used sport.and he said je wold get me one? I ended up buying it myself along with shop manual.my self.my mistake was coming back to Jim because he said he would take care of me trade.he took care of me they look at the sport and say its very clean but he gives me 300 under blue book.when iam already in the buying of a new750 so I just was disappointed I let it go.then I was to get4 yr warranty and only got was 2 yrsi was not sure anout the 750 so he said is you have 4 yrs ride the hell out of iam its covered but iam not and if i want 2 more i have to come up with the money plus the bike payments he said i had it ride the hell out of it no extra 2 yrs takes some of the fun out of it

Recently brought in my 2008 HD Ultra Classic CVO for what I thought was covered under the extended service plan....technician could not find anything wrong with the bike...however, for telling me he could not find anything wrong with the bike, they wanted to charge me almost $200.00...something I thought would be covered under the ESP plan (which I paid for handsomely when I purchased the bike) was not...thankfully we talked about it (not scream) and came to an agreement...my recommendation - in the future to avoid any unpleasant surprises or situations, call and communicate (you cant do this enough) to your customers and let them know ahead of time on whats covered and what to expect.

Conrads Harley is the best, I got a new tire put on Friday on my Roadking and was only there about a hour total , And couldnt have had a better experience,, Cole & Doc got me in Right away and Drew my mechanic was the best , this guy Drew has worked on my bike before and does great work Cant say enough about him,, I started coming to Conrads because of another guy that has worked at Conrads For years Kurt and Im glad to see he came back, he is a asset to Harley (Conrads ),as he is a very knowledgable guy ,, So again Id like to thank, your whole team but most af all Cole ,,Doc,, Drew,,,,and Yes you too Kurt,, Thanks for everything Randy !!!!!!

They are your friend until you sign the paperwork and then want nothing to do with you. Service department took weeks to set up an appointment then messed up my bike to the point to where it could barley run. Then took another week to get it in and fix it again. I gave them the exact item number for parts to order and they still ordered the wrong one causing me weeks without my parts. Just to put exhaust on my bike it took them over a month to do it correctly and my bike had to be in three separate times. I have not put my name on here because i have already heard all the excuses i can handle from this place in the 2 months and its pathetic.

DO NOT VISIT THIS PLACE... TERRIBLE SERVICE!!! I dropped my bike off for repairs, paid my money (a few thousand dollars) and checked in a few weeks later to see the progress... turns out they took my money and forgot all about the bike. The service department is a complete joke!!! They did not even know what was supposed to be done to the bike when I started asking about the progress. These guys claimed it would take 4-8 weeks to repair... its been 2 weeks and parts havent even been ordered. Do not give these jokers your time or money unless you don t mind wasting both!!!!

Bought a bike from them during this past summer and traded my old bike in. They forgot to fill out the odometer reading on my old bike so when the state sent it back to the Finance Manger (PAT) he called me threatening to sue me for their own mistake. After explaining to him that he filled that paperwork out and not me we had to get the owner involved. They mailed me the paperwork to resign and made me pay for the postage back to them for their mistake. Had to get Harley Davidson Corporate involved and file a dealership complainant about the whole situation.

My experience with Conrads was very good. I have a 2012 Tri Glide that I bought at another dealer. After having the trike for over a year I noticed a paint flaw in one of the fenders. I took it to Conrads and talked to Doc the service manager. He agreed it was a flaw in the paint, ordered and installed another one with no problem and no charge. I have taken the trike there a couple other times I find them very professional and efficient. Either I am lucky or something has changed at the dealership that causes these negative comments.

Steer Clear of this place, the service dept guys just give you a bad felling when you enter, worse when you leave. Whatever you do , dont complain about anything. Theyll tell you like , its always like that after we work on it. Theyll take 15 minutes tellin you how they checked your battery and it was ok? I didnt buy my bike here, but I took it in for service, wouldnt think that would make a difference on how they treat you. In any case do yourself a favor and go somewhere else,

Always have great service. Everyone greets us as part of the family. The staff goes out of their way to help.service department has always been great also. The service manager came to my rescue after hours when I was broke down on the interstate on a Saturday evening. Picked up the bike gor me. Due to our work schedule, they have picked up one of our bikes, repaired it under warranty and delivered it back the same day. I highly recommend them for all your Harley needs.

I second and third the recommendation for Tumbleweed. My btlrother and I have both bought bikes through him and he did everything and more to make it easy for us and get us a good deal. They will search for whatever u want and get it to you as quickly as possible. Il never go to a different Harley dealer again

They have a great selection of apparel and just about any accessories you could want for the bike in stock.

I wasnt going to stop in BC of a bad experience from a Harley shop down south, but the guys at Conrads made glad I did. I felt like the guys bent over backwards to help me with my experience and treated me with the upmost respect. I would recommend these guys to all my friends

A huge Harley Davidson store. They have everything you are looking for and are NOT looking for :) They havs so much stuff, I went back again the next day! The staff were very professional and extremely helpful and friendly. They have something for everyone .

Good sell man. Bad. Service nice girls selling clothes one- bad Parts man tells me to stand in one spot partsman I ordered a part over a month and I asked him what was going on and they called up Harley-Davidson and it wasnt ordered yet
