This review is about the service only. I am really disappointed with my first service here. I called up and made an appointment two weeks in advance. I was planning to wait as I was told this type of service should not take more than 2 hrs at most. I walked around the store, got myself breakfast and returned promptly after 2 hrs. My motorcycle was still not looked at. I was told that the work on the other motorcycle was taking too long and I had to wait. They have at least 6 stations that I counted. I could not understand why there was a 2 hour delay. In any case I stepped out of the dealership and killed another two hours. When I got back the motorcycle was finally being looked at but was not done. Its been 5 hours total and the shop is about to close and I am still waiting. Very unprofessional and they dont seem to have any concern about others time. Ill probably try another dealership next time. The 3rd star is for the fact that they acknowledged their mistake and gave me a discount of the service.
Geoff is the Eaglerider representative at MCC and he is a true professional. I was able to reserve my bike via e-mail with no issues. I wanted to rent a Triumph American and Geoff let me choose between two different bikes. My bike was brand new with less than a thousand miles. Geoff took the time needed to go over all the paperwork and the bike with me. I then took pictures with my family and rode off on my cross country trip to Seattle. The bike was perfect the entire 3,300 miles I rode it. Geoff also e-mailed me during my trip to ensure all was well. I recommend Geoff 100% and Eaglerider only if you are dealing with a smaller private dealer like MCC because they have more time to do the right thing when it comes to taking care of their renters and their bikes. Customers are first at MCC. Thanks Geoff for the ride!
I love this dealer, always got great bikes in stock and Peter, Jeff ( sales rep) is very informative and always nice. I love taking my bike here even though I live 45 minutes away. I have a 2015 Ducati Monster 1200S Striped edition. Anytime my bike have a problem I always trust taking it in to see Alex and Aaron . They always take care of me and get the problem solved quickly. Once the problem is fixed it never comes back! Which is amazing because some dealer will "fix" your bike but it breaks again. I always trust leaving my bike here for a couple days when I cant wait for it or if its a longer repair. So far I have not had major problems with my bike ( purchased from MCC) but all the minor problems get sorted out quick and enjoyable process. Thanks Alex and Aaron for always taking care of myself and my bike!
Just bought my second bike from MCC. I really love this shop and Peter L. was great to work with. I was trading in my older Ducati Monster for a new Ducati Scrambler. In addition to a bunch of changes to the Scrambler including new bars, bar end mirrors, Termignoni exhaust, fender delete and new grips I also needed to arrange delivery for the new bike and pickup for the trade in. I was in the store on Saturday and the new bike was delivered with all the accessories installed on Thursday. Peter was very helpful during the entire process and I am very happy with the bike and with the sales and service department at MCC. I would highly recommend Team MCC to anyone looking for a Ducati, KTM, Motus, MV Augusta or Triumph.
I live in Palmdale, California and I have always been looking for a specific Ducati which I finally found at Motor Cycle Center. The only problem is that it was in Illinois and I live in California so naturally I thought this might be the purchase from hell so I disregarded it for a few days, but then I just HAD to have it. So I called and spoke to a fella by the name of Mike and just off his attitude I knew I was going to get my bike. I made the payments, made shipping arrangements and within two weeks this beauty was home. It was refreshing to deal with someone as professional as him especially in a world filled with incompetence. Thank you Mike and thank you MCC!
Started off with the listed price not being the final price. $895 was added for freight charge then another $166 for documentation fee. Returned a week later to finalize payment and pick up the motorcycle. With a weeks notice and a call the day before, the finance manager had nothing prepared and I ended up waiting for 3 hours. The reason for the wait was paperwork prep and the title was lost on a brand new motorcycle out of the crate. Now a week later and I still no phone call to explain where my title is. I am unable to finalize financing through my bank or complete registration for license plates.
Recently purchased a Triumph Scrambler, as well as some accessory items from MCC in Villa Park and am very happy with the overall experience. I worked with Jennifer mainly for the purchase, but also talked to other sales people, as well as the guys over in parts, and even rentals - everyone was more than willing to take the time to talk and offer advice and opinions on any questions I had. I feel I got a good deal for my money at MCC, and feel it is the best of the 3 Triumph dealerships that I visited while exploring the Triumph line.
Im surprised how good a lot of the dealerships are out here in IL. Coming from the San Francisco Bay Area, the dealerships there are notorious for having such bad service, but MCC is the exact opposite. My experiences at their dealership have been nothing but picture perfect! I find excuses to try to come here and spend my money. Its a fun dealership to be at, too! Also, if youre looking to buy a Ducati or Triumph in the Chicagoland, I definitely recommend this dealership over the Ducati/Triumph dealer in Chicagos Pilsen neighborhood.
I dont have anything else to compare this place to, but as a first time buyer I couldnt have been happier. Nikita is a stud and very knowledgeable and helpful as he assisted in my initial purchase of a 2014 899 Panigale. The bike is fantastic. Domini was also awesome in helping me select my gear, and I believe she has moved on to greener pastures. Service has been superb with 2 previous services and lightning fast. Nonetheless, I would highly recommend this place without reservation. Keep up the good work team MCC!
I have purchased several motorcycles from MCC and have had all of them serviced at MCC. Whether sales or service, my experience has been fantastic. The guys know their products-features, capabilties, and performance. They all also do a great job servicing the bikes and do it quickly and at a fair price. I would recommend MCC for the purchase of a new bike as well as for service. They know motorcycles and care about their customers. I believe all the guys at the store own and ride motorcycles, so they walk the talk.
Been doing business with MCC since I put my son on a brand new KTM 50 Junior 12 years ago and never once have they been anything less than awesome on sales and service. Tried a few other brands and some used bikes over the years just for curiosity/variety, but always come back to MCC when it matters. We have 2 newly purchased MCC Ktm XC-Ws in the herd now, my next (street) bike is going to be a Triumph 1200, and its going to roll off the MCC showroom floor ... theres no doubt about that.
