My husband purchased a 2016 Touring in January - Mike Fields was our Salesman and Stephanie the manager - they made our experience effortless. Just so happen we took the Harley to Phantom in Manteno to attend their Demo Days and Blessing of the Bikes on Saturday, May 21st. Before we got there, we noticed that the bike was bottoming out on bumps. Since we were going there anyway, we were going to have the bike checked and low and behold the shock went out and they needed to keep the bike until the parts came in. Well we live in Plainfield and did not have a way to get home. Talk about going beyond the call of duty, Mike Fields gave us a ride home. This dealership really makes you feel like you are part of the family. Thank you Mike for stepping up!!!

The only good part of my experience was dealing with Mike Fields the salesman...and the women at the counter were great to my wife. The owner not so much...I was there to buy a motorcycle and was ready to do it the owner would not get anywhere neer right on my trade in....I mean NOWHERE near right....it was downright insulting....I know its a trade in and you never get the value of the bike but I was willing to get around the KBB trade in value which is low to start but he would only give 2000 less than that.....Ive paid off 3 Harleys and never missed a payment...told them I would go hungry before I missed a bike payment. ....what an ass he wouldnt even talk to me....

My guy is looking for a new bike for us. We test drove a Ultra Glide, hes 64 and wide . After the drive he stated how the seat was uncomfortable. They change out the seat to a big boy seat and let us take it on the road again. Mike and Tim are sweet hearts had a young lady there sorry I forgot her name they are ALL awesome!

service department horrible had to pick up bike and take to another shop to be fixed even though they are a harley shop they dont work on old harleys wasnt told that when bike was dropped off for service after a two month wait they still didnt get to it was told a that time we only do evos during the winter

Took my bike in for winter storage, and they find several things wrong with it. I end up with a 980.00 bill. The service is horrible, and they dont have much inventory to choose from.
