To Dane and Jesse, I think you need to step back and realize the damage that you can potentially cause when you dont understand or question Southeast Sales about their side of the story before giving them such a low rating. Im assuming you two were both smart enough to call ahead and make sure the bikes were even serviced for doing a test drive and Im surprised that the test drive policy wasnt explained to you then, hmmm..... may you didnt. I questioned Southeast Sales when they wouldnt let me do a demo ride and I left the store with nothing but respect for their decision NOT to let me test ride after questioning them. I left there knowing the following: No test rides for the following circumstances: No one under the age of 25 (this is KTM /Kawasakis Demo Day Policy also) - not when the roads have salt brine (this ensures that if you purchase a bike it hasnt had any salt on it) - not when the roads have sand on them (for the safety of the test rider) - no demo rides (this is so there arent a lot of miles racked up on the bike when someone does buy it). I think if you both stepped back and thought about the liability/responsibility that Southeast Sales has, you would change your review. You have every right to question their policy, but dont you think this couldve been done more tactful and questioned Southeast Sales directly? Pick up the phone, Im sure they would love to hear from you. Great prices, great parts//service department, and John does a fabulous job in sales. Thanks for your time. By the way, I wasnt aware Team 2 was a street dealer for 2016.........

Honestly, I really do not like this place, Ive been here twice and both times left me feeling terrible. They do not treat costumers with respect, if I wanted to buy a cheap bike with zero service I would not go to a dealer, I would buy it from a private party. The first time they would not sell me or my friend a bike (when we were ready to pick it up that day) because we were trying to get it for a couple hundred cheaper and they had this particular bike listed above suggested retail. I understand not wanting to deal that much but to not budge even a dime when customers have cash in hand is quite ridiculous. Now on the second time I went my cousin was going to buy a bike (at a very cheap price I must admit) and she put money down and everything and I swear those guys would NOT let her or myself (we both have our motorcycle license) test drive the bike or any bike like it that they had. How do they expect people to know they want a bike without being allowed to test drive it. I guess I am spoiled with my current dealer I go to because they actually treat you like customers and IF YOU LIKE A BIKE AND ARE READY TO BUY IT THEY LET YOU TAKE IT FOR A TEST DRIVE!!! If this place didnt have good deals I would have given them 1 star for sure. the parts department has great service but the sales team is beyond terrible, I feel like the only way you will get any service with these guys is if you personally know the owner.

I called around looking for the best price on a new scooter. Southeast was my first call, and they quoted a walk-out-the-door price and offered to give me the detailed breakdown (there are ALOT of fees/taxes/license stuff to account for). On the phone. No begging necessary, and no heavy sales pitch offered. Every other place I called would either not offer any prices at all, or theyd stick on extra fees the next time I called to confirm, or theyd offer to match, and then not come even close. And theyd be all sales person-y, asking what Im going to use it for, stating all the details I already knew and didnt as about, repeating my name alot, etc etc to get me to talk or come in. How annoying & frustrating. In the end Southeast had the best deal by $100-$275 on a new scooter - and it was the same consistent price they quoted each time I called. Next time I wont waste my time shopping around. Picking up the bike was quick and easy, and the sales person was knowledgeable about the scooter (something most other places were not) and ran though the features and details in the matter of minutes. My only complaint was that when we came in they were busy and it was hard to catch our sales person. But we didnt have to wait too long. All and all Im very very happy with my purchase, and recommend them.

Turns out I knew someone who was a friend of Terry and his wife. Our mutual friend referred me to SE because I couldnt afford a Harley Touring bike and none of the Harley Dealers would negotiate with me. I went to SE and had a nice talk with Terry explaining my desires and my physical limitations. He was very patient, understanding, and informative. He also helped me get the financing at a great rate. My bike was in the shop being taken out of its crate as I watched. Two days later i had my bike. Unlike the Harley, no recalls or problems. I take it in twice a year for a checkup and otherwise just put gas in it. Oddly enough, people think its a Harley! The shop guys have always treated me exceedingly well and have made sure my bike is always in top shape when I get it back. I am literally trusting these guys with my life and since 2009 have not been disappointed. Terry is retired now so I dont see him there. From my experience, these folks are a great team and care about their customers. In spite of being a very critical person about businesses and how they treat people, I have no problem giving these guys a thumb up!

been messing with dealers coast to coast for decades... decided to go to the wing from bmw... john had a good website deal on a zero miles 16 abs... called to confirm the otd deal... drove there and had a look... john is 100% pro... best dealer experience ever... had a mark on bag lid... said new one on the way from honda... after 1400 miles had wobble and scallaped front tire... said he would get a new tire on there... rolled in at 3000 miles for new tire... new bag lid... and did my 4000 mile oil change all together... the buy was 100% pro and the service has been 100% pro to this point... once again... best dealer expierence ever...

Took 2 months to do a top end reubild on my Kawa. Did it wrong, now it needs to be rebuild as it is burning oil and has a piston slap. They also did not clamp coolant hoses or tighten the oil drain plug, so it was leaking both profusely when I rode it home from their shop. They over-torqued part of the crank assembly when putting the bottom end back together after replacing a part, so a part of that had to be replaced (several hundred dollars in parts/labor). They also were missing some replacement gaskets and used engine case seal instead of getting the proper gaskets. Very poor quality work and communication.
