My husband and I have spent thousands and thousands of dollars at the House of Harley in merchandise and service over the years until last November when they badly damaged the paint on our bike, then called my husband a liar, ordered him out of the store and told not to return regardless of how much money we spend there. He emailed and called the management and owners, but was ignored until this week when someone noticed the negative review he wrote on their Facebook page, which he wrote when the incident occurred. All of a sudden, the owner wanted to meet with him, under the guise of restoration to repair the customer-provider relationship. When he arrived he was showen to a room where the service manager who had catalyzed the entire ugly situation was waiting. As my husband began to communicate with the owner, he was interrupted by this fellow saying, "Thats not true!" and, "I never said that!" My husband felt this was antagonizing, unprofessional, and unecesarry since they had since November to get their employees side of the story. He had to ask for them to be separated and was incredibly upset that they had invited him there to effectively recreate the incident that upset him in the first place. As the meeting progressed, they did nothing to try to restore us to whole, but they seemed much more interested in when he would remove the negative review. They also could not produce any documentation of preexisting damage, as my husband asked them to; because there was none. They DID however try to talk him into a loan to purchase a new bike from them, yet when my husband said weve already struck a deal with another dealership, they slandered that dealership by stating we shouldnt buy from them because all they do is wash their bikes and put them for sale without checking them out. It was a classless scare tactic and had a very "used car salesman" feel to it. This location has deteriorated so much since the new owners took over. My entire wardrobe comes from there; my kids will miss Miss Jenny, Diane and the other ladies up front tremendously, but they damaged a very expensive possession of ours that he puts a lot of time and money into to keeping pristine, then insulted my husband before trying to fast talk him into getting into debt to make them more money. Dont trust them anymore.

****BUYER BEWARE WARNING**** I am posting after being treated terribly by customer service and in specific Jeffery Binkert, Andy Luby, Jillian Gillham, and Linda Semo, I can go into great detail if anyone would like further details please feel free to reach out. Buyers beware placed ordered for items totaling well over $1000 dollars only received two of the items out of the more than a dozen ordered, still to this day never received or refunded. When I questioned the company about the missing items I was threatened and told they would not refund or replace items not received, when I asked if they had sent packaged insured they said Yes but when the post master investigators completed there claims that all was shipped I found out that House of Harley did not ever ship insured and so the truth came out, so long story short either they sent the items and I never received them and they didnt have items insured with usps or they never shipped them either way beware as they will charge your credit card and you may not receive your items and if you question them get ready for legal threats and amusing intimidation threats. SO AS I SAID BEWARE OF A BUISNESS THAT WILL TAKE MONEY AND RUN WITH NO HELP OR PRODUCT RECEIVED!!! I have emails I can prove all of this with the threats from all listed above if anyone wants to see! As there is pending litigation I didnt want to post directly but felt a need to warn everyone, especially after I received an email from Linda Semo directly asking to make a positive review so she would win some extra cash as she put it if you can believe it or not. I have that email as well! Thanks to all and beware once again! Its to bad Harley has a rep of there product line that has to represent them in such a negative light!

I purchased a bike through this dealer about 3 years ago (Late 2013). Good bike, a little overpriced but it had what I wanted. The service level here however was appalling. When I purchased my bike I was told that because I bought from house that it came with added bonuses like storage and a free bike training course. When I tried to sign up for that course however I was told that it was not at all included even though several staff members had commented that it was. I was brought in to speak with the GM who left me waiting a half hour while he was in another meeting. He then sat down and proceeded to tell me that I made the whole thing up and that I was rude. He offered the class at half price which I refused as I had been promised a complimentary class. He then told me that this was all he would offer because obviously nothing would make me happy. The sad part is the reason I wanted to take the course, which I was only taking as a refresher, was to take it with friends who were nervous about taking the course as they are first time riders. I was trying to bring business to House and they essentially turned me away. Buyer beware they will tell you anything to sell the bike but after theyve sold you they couldnt care less. I was incredibly disappointed in the treatment I received. There were signs around the shop supporting veterans and yet as a veteran myself I can tell you that I did not at all feel supported or even listened to. I do see that potentially since then they have come under new ownership however I am incredibly wary of ever going back, it is doubtful I will never shop at House again.

I am originally from Chicago and I wanted to by a Genuine Scooter. These guys had the best price I had seen so I was inclined to going to check them out. So I spoke with them and arranged a time for me to come up and check out the Buddy 125 I had my eyes on. Mr. Hoppa was my man in the venture but I he wasnt available so I had a couple of other guys give me a hand. They were more than helpful and even called Mr. Hoppa to let him know I was there. I couldnt put everything down on the scooter but was able to put half with no issues. I even looked at some helmets...AND CHECK THIS!!! They didnt pressure me at all. I had no idea what I was looking at and a wonderful lady whose name I cant remember gave me all the information she knew and even a personal opinion with a little bias. I loved it. If your looking for a motorcycle they have the biggest sales floor I have seen. Its a bit cramped but you can get to all the bikes without a problem. These guys are running an awesome dealership with a superior staff! Even if you have a cycle check this place out anyways. I will definitely come back for future service.

"0" stars.... I will never buy from again... 2 weeks after order, no product, no ship date, nothing! Called them, got recording a number of times... When I did get through, operator switched me over to parts, and got recording. After about 3 days, and the 6th phone call, talked to someone in internet sales, and they couldnt find my order. UNBELIVEABLE! Then, after they found the order (I think), they told me the item is back-ordered and could be another couple of weeks before it is shipped... So, the next day called local Harley Shop and found the same Helmet, for a few bucks more. (THANK-YOU GARY BANG HARLEY) I purchased it that day; NOW, bear in mind it was yesterday they told me it would be a couple more weeks, because it was back-ordered. So I called house of Harley back, and got recording... I told them to cancel the order, and that I bought somewhere else....... And guess WHAT! next day I get an email from House-of -Harley, stating item is SHIPPED!!! Complete RIP.... Now I have a Helmet I cannot return! I would call and Yell at them, but they would have to answer the PHONE!
