These guys were great to deal with. I went to every dealer in Middle Tennessee when shoping for my first Harley. Two other dealers in the area were good to deal with,but more than 50 miles from Clarksville. The other dealers in the area told me the deal I was getting at Appletons was unbeliveable and I should go back and buy it before they changed their minds! After a couple more weeks of shopping I came back to Appletons and they made the deal even better. This is a family run facility and it shows, I think everyone in the delaership came and thanked me for buying from them, and the service department was all over getting my new goodies on the bike. Save yourself a trip to nashville or further and check out Appletons. Floyd and Glen were super easy to deal with and very patient. When I went to ride home, the owner of the dealership said it was too cold for the helmet and jacket I had on, and let me borrow his personal gear to ride my new bike home. The Harley financing has a decent rate, but Altra on Madison cant get you even better. Im not sure what more you could ask for out of a dealer.

I have not been impressed with Appleton HD. Im not sure how they have been rated the #1dealership in the country. Every time Ive been to their service counter Im been over quoted in pricing and the work has been shotty. Recently I was quoted $1500 to replace my S&S carb and told it was beyond repair and must be replaced. When I told them not to do the work. I was given an attitude when my bike was wheeled out the door. I ordered a S&S rebuild kit online and rebuilt the carb and rejetted it myself for about $100. The bike runs like a top. This only one of several incidents. Bos Cycle shop is good in Clarksville. For new bike purchases; go to Four Rivers Harley in Paducah KY. They have great consumer service. Ive purchased two HDs from Four Rivers sence living in Clarksville TN. Appletons is a tshirt and oil only shop.

My fiance and I were traveling back home after our vacation when our bike broke down. We were 7hours from home and not sure if we would be able to get there. We looked up the nearest dealer and Appleton popped up, I called them and they came and picked us up within fifteen minutes, towed our bike to the dealer and let us know within another fifteen minutes what the problem was. Within 2 hours we were back on the road again and made it home safely. Thanks to the service dept. at Appleton Harley Davidson not only did you help us out in a very bad situation, but your service staff was very customer friendly and kept us informed throughout the entire time. I will definitely be suggesting your dealership to everyone I know.

Took my motorcycle for a simple repair. They offered to use warranty to repair. When I picked it up, it was still doing EXACTLY the same thing it was doing before I brought it in. They told me to ride it for a while and the problem should "work itself out"! What? I brought it in for a repair and if the problem was going to work itself out why hasnt it already? At this point, they said I would have to put it back in their shop and pay for the repair. I dont know but it seems like somebody got some warranty money and pocketed it without doing any repairs to my motorcycle. Later, found out all it needed was a shift fork! I would never go here again. Not for anything.

My buddy was broken down in Clarksville, TN for 2 days. He spent one full day at Appleton H.D. waiting on us to arrive from 6 hours away. While he was waiting, the staff at this H.D. dealer did everything to make him feel like family. They leant him a bike for the day, took him to lunch and basically offered him their home. When I arrived (after closing) the Service Manager was there to greet us, help us get the bike in the trailer and was one of the nicest guys youd want to meet. Were from Illinois, but when my buddy buys another bike, guess where were heading? This is Southern Hospitality at its best.

To many button pushers and not enough biker people there. I dont think most of them know what I motorcycle looks like unless theres a serial number there. I called in looking for a part ask the salesman specifically when he said he had it if it was a banjo bolt and he said yes of course when I got there it was not 45 mile drive because somebody doesnt know how to look at a picture or doesnt know what a banjo bolt is hes to be selling T-shirts not parts.

I love this dealership! The employees are top notch, always friendly and always helpful, but not just to make a sale. I feel like they really care about me personally, so its my go-to dealership, even though I work in Nashville and could easilly go to one of the HD dealerships there. The Service Department has always done me right with the 3 HD motorcycles I have owned and taken there. Thank you so much for all you do!

Every time I have approached Appleton with a need, want or concern I have been met with fantastic customer service, and a consistent Can-Do work ethic. I have stepped into other shops where I was looked at as the next guy - at Appletons I have always been treated with respect, courtesy and a shared love for machines and the pavement. We stopped by the dealership for photos as part of the ABCs of Touring. When we walked in we were greeted very warmly and one of the sales gals was at our beck and call the entire time we were there. What a wonderful experience. I cant remember her name but she lived in Colorado once upon a time. Real sweet lady. Thanks for all the help.

Absolutely love this place. As soon as you walk in it feels like home. Friendly, honest, helpful staff. Ive taken their basic riders course, bought parts from them several times, and dealt with the service dept a few times. Awesome experience every time. They definitely have all of my business from this point on.

Leah made a friend out of my family because she is such a genuinely friendly and outgoing person. She took a lot of time to explain all the things I need to know before enrolling my 17 year old daughter in the motorcycle drivers course which made me feel secure and knowing that she is safe and in good hands.

This is my home town Harley Dealer and where I bought mine so this review is slightly biased. :-) Excellent service from the bike floor, retail shop and service center. This is a family business that makes you feel like youre part of the family. I only wish they had a theme restaurant or snack bar.

I heard some bad things about this place but I didnt have any issues at all. The service staff was courteous and was willing to explain everything I was having done. Parts actually talked me OUT of buying an expensive part which was refrrshing. The store is neat, clean and well laid out. Impressed.
