This place completely ripped my business off and my customer. We sent an engine as a core and was to receive a REMAN with spec sheet because he could not afford my quote on a complete engine build . instead we got old original engine cobbled together and used parts and glued together. I called and got denied and hung up on. I made 30 videos of engine teardown to show everything wrong with this"rebuilt engine" I tried to resolve the problem but was told good luck. this ordeal has cost my shop over $7000 in costs and labor aside from a very upset customer, end result was i bought another bike for engine and parts and lost out . BBB said nothing they could do!!!! here are a few pics of what we got back !!! this is what they call a REMAN engine. all pic were taken during the teardown . tell me does it look like new- head gasket - clutches -rod bearings - timing chain woudnt move just a few things and not even a penny to fix THEIR COBBLED UP LIABILITY FOR AN ENGINE. they still wont talk and over speak when I call and its funny when the guy SCOTT says your complaining over a lousy 2000 dollar engine..... but yet they cant help in any way and the ad says 30 day warranty!!!!!!!!So my conclusion along with the other 3 mechanics all over 30 yrs experience each , this guy Charlie and/or Scott which sound identical and both call me GUY, need to give up engine building and play with LEGOs. ------------------------ THANK YOU CHARLIE N SCOTT ------------------------ --------BUY THE WAY -------- THE ENGINE WASNT PURCHASED FROM EBAY AGAIN MR CHARLIE REQUESTED SENDING THE CUSTOMERS MONEY TO HIS CHASE BUSINESS ACCOUNT AND THAT HE DID NOT USE PAYPAL ANYMORE !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I suppose i need to show proof of that as well , well no problem . I can do that. in regards to not sending the engine back , why would i do that after you decided not to use as core and send a REMAN" lied to me ,never sent back the $40 in brand new orange tie down back. Hell atleast ihave a boat anchor now. SCUM BAG. i asked and Mr .charlie laughed. and Your shop declined any involvment, so i have documantation from EBAY SPOOF, BBB, gmail, verizon, the customer which you all wanted nothing to do with. so if you all think your gonna weasel out of this one , well you might want to rethink that thought cause Im personally gonna make sure you theiving , lying , disrespectful , unprofessional people are going to take responsibility for your disregard on this matter. oh and as i mentioned earlier ANYONE MAY CALL , EMAIL, TEXT, me about any type of question . so you all have had more than enough chances to help. There is NO way to justify any of this. I cant fly out to do a small claims on it but i promise ill make my way out there and i keep my word . thank you

I went there with high hopes as I was recommended to this store by cycle gear. I went to get my tires changed and both tires were put on backwards l. I caught the rear tire right away and had it switched and I didnt notice the front until I got home. I called up and asked about getting the front tire switched because it was put on the wrong way as well. He said it couldnt have been because he installed it. Once I got back up there charlie was yelling in my face on how he didnt mess it up and that it was the previous shop who must have put the tire on backwards and also my fault for not marking the rim. He would not let me talk and explain how there is an arrow on the rim as well as the tire that marks the rotational direction. (Posted pictures of this) The worst part of this all was my rim when I got it back. The paint is all chiped and theres gouges around the rim. I brought my rims in all polished up since they are (were) in immaculate condition and now they look like they were curbed. Also got them back covered in grease like they dumped a whole tub of grease on them. I would not recommend at all.

Charlie is a very nice guy.. very cool.. if you like to wrench and love motorcycles hes great to talk to.. hes seen it all and done it all.. As far as repair work goes. he is THE MAN to get your bike running for cheap. I wouldnt say hes great for restoring your vintage but he can get it running for a reasonable price for sure! he has worked on my 76 CB550 that I bought from him.. and he works on my 65 CB160 Cafe regularly when there is something that i cant fix... Also he is currently working on my buddies RD400. Hes not perfect.. but as far as Im concerned hes honest and fair with pricing and he keeps me running. though i will say the one diss is my bike is dirtier when it leaves there. but Charlie is the man.

Got my bike back extremely dirty and they stated that they only change valve stems if requested when installing new tires. They put the wrong oil in my bike. If you look at the replies on other reviews from the owner, its pretty clear that hes incapable of seeing things from anyones viewpoint other than his own. They didnt tell me they were cash only until after service was performed and owner was rude when he had to break a $100 bill. Do you want cash or not? This is the 21st century, get a card reader. I wont be back to find out what other corners they cut!

Had an engine rebuild, low on horsepower after dyno tune. Find out today why Im down 18 horse. Camshafts were not degreed correctly & not as stated. Valves were out of adjustment & had a loose cam cap bolt. Stated cams were degreed @105/107.5,,,, actually intake was 96. Poor workmanship, now going to cost me more. I had a sneaky feeling something wasnt right,,,,,, now I know. If anyone has any questions please feel free to contact me

Please say clear. I am so disappointed by the outcome of this business and our situation I feel taken advantage of and completely disrespected. These guys are overbearing and controlling Ive been strung along and offered no explanation about our bike. At the end of the day $600 is only money ...but the feeling of being treated this way is the worst!
