i went in on a friday with my friend to put a deposit down for a piece and potentially start one since the guy i spoke to said hed be able to tattoo me that day. when i got there, there was no availability to tattoo, so i left a $100 deposit and was going to return in a week with another $100 to start my piece. my friend got her nipples done, and i got my septum done. the guy, boots, pierced my septum completely crooked. the exit hole was a good 30 degrees lower than the entry hole and made the piercing look really twisted. not only that, i made it clear at least 3 times i wanted it higher up so the piercing didnt hang so low, and he practically had it hanging down to my top lip. whatever, i took it out, no big deal. i walked out saying id see them next friday. i called at least 5 times throughout the week to confirm/set an appointment and nobody helped me. nobody gave me an answer, they were rude and short on the phone and claimed they were busy. well, i am a customer, so shouldnt they have been busy with me as well, seeing as they have $100 of my money on hold and had wasted $50 on a shitty piercing? i let all my unanswered calls and messages slide until the DAY of my requested appointment. i called the night before, left a voicemail saying id like to reserve an appointment between 11:30 and 1:00, giving them some flexibility. nobody got back to me. called the day of, the artist wasnt even in the shop. waited 2 hours, asked them to get back to me to confirm, said theyd get back to me soon. 2 hours later, i show up there and theyre away at lunch. 2 hours later, i ask if i can get my deposit back, to which they said yes, but i replied saying id like to still come in if they can take me at night. whoever runs the facebook rudely ignored my questions/request and told me to come get my deposit, then tried to blame me for not "having a set idea" of what i wanted, when 6 days prior, i sent them images to base the drawing on. 0/10 would recommend.

If it could be rated with negative stars it would be a -5 ! Poor quality "artists" , poor designing of custom tattoos. Cheap prices, yes, but you get what you pay for... A bad tattoo by a bad attitude scratcher! Customer service might as well be a self service situation. And when you do get service, watch out for an attidue second to none. Watched one of these scratchers blow up on a customer who was looking at getting her first tattoo. Never seen anyone so insulting to someone asking legitimate questions regarding the procedure of getting a tattoo and its aftercare. Needless to say she did not get one from them and directed her to a shop that not only would answer her questions on a professional level but treat her with respect AND obtain a professional looking tattoo shed be proud of , years down he road. Hope this studio is short lived.

POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE provided by Boots.I went to refresh tattoo. Instead of two setion it became three, or even four. For a fact it was not new tattoo, i just needed to fill up my old tattoo.. anyways, third setion never happened simply because "Boots" never show up when i came to our third appointment. I drove 30 min from where i live only to hear in person ohh sorry he didnt come today. How about call your customer in advance and change appointment? Never heard of customer service thing? Well, i called them afrer three times trying to schedule another appointment. I never got returned my calls, left voicemail etc. Must say, POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE, weak tattoo technic. Whish i never had to deal with tattoo "artist" with nick name Boots. Be aware people

I am a first time customer. Found them online via Google. Boots was very nice & helped fix my fading tattoo on my foot. He did an excellent job despite the fact that my foot tattoo was very dull & was fading. I was skeptical about coming here because of all the mixed reviews it had-but now that I have experienced it for myself Im not sure why there are so many negative reviews/ feedback. Boots & staff were very kind, laid back, & have exceptional service. Will recommend this location to all, & I am definitely coming back to get all of my future tattoos done here.

I came in with a very bad experience from another near by shop, Boots was very kind and helped fix the terror of my last tattoo artist. He was very professional, answered all my questions, and made me feel welcome and accommodated to all my needs. He did a wonderful job, and Im not sure why there are negative reviews. This location was very clean and relaxed. I highly recommend this shop, because of the wonderful customer service, and extraordinary care.

By far the best tattooing experience I have ever had. Not only is their work exceptionally beautiful, the artist are also dedicated and will work with you to go above and beyond your expectations. The atmosphere of the shop is very laid back and fun. If you are looking for the perfect tattoo shop, boys and girls this is truly it. I will most definitely be coming back.

Great service and artist. I went to another tattoo shop in the area who wouldnt do my tattoo as small as a wanted. The artist at competition did it no problem and it turned out amazing.
