This CVS has convinced me to never step foot in any CVS. I had a prescription filled here. When I went to pick it up, they had a refill of a previous medicine there for me as well. I refused it. They said it was a courtesy to automatically refill it. I told them if I need it, Ill let you know. They continued to send me phone calls saying I had a prescription ready, like every other day. I called on at least two occasions and explained the same thing again. Still kept getting annoying phone calls. I went to the store, stood in line, waited and told the young pharmacist aide / clerk the same thing. She told me I needed to get in a different line and "tell them over there". I explained to her that Im only telling this store one more time and this was it. She smiled and it appeared whatever she had input on her computer screen while we were talking, she deleted. I was right, I still kept getting calls. I called them 2 more times and told them to take me off their automatic refill and that I had no prescriptions on order. Still didnt work. I finally wised up and blocked their number. This week after returning home to MD, I see on my insurance claims they billed for it anyway. Hopefully my insurance company will not pay it. In the process of moving all prescriptions away from CVS. Save yourself aggravation, DO NOT PATRONIZE CVS for prescriptions, especially this store where everyone behind the pharmacy counter are dumber than rocks. I only wish you could give 0 stars, that is what they deserve.

Theyre ridiculously incompetent. I dropped of a prescription and provided them with my insurance card. I was told the prescription with be ready the following morning. I didnt go pick up the prescription until around 12pm. When I got there I was told that the prescription wasnt ready and it was on hold because they didnt have my insurance information. Are you kidding me? The girl took all of that information when I dropped it off. I was then told that it would take about 15 minutes for them to fill the prescription. I decided to go in the parking lot and wait. I tried calling them to double check that it was ready before going inside and wasting my time. I waited forever for someone to pick up the phone just for them to ask me to hold again. This time I was left on hold for over 10 minutes before I decided to hang up. They have horrible customer service. Save yourself the stress and go elsewhere.

I could not believe the treatment my brother got today at this Pharmacy. First of all the majority of the staff at the Pharmacy was so insensitive to ones need. I waited on line, and the woman behind the counter blew him off, when he stated that there is a line here. Then when he wanted to speak to the manager, we overheard him say if he is a new customer to pass him on to someone else. How dare he behave in this manor. I have been telling my brother him to switch to Walgreen, their personnel is more sophisticated and truly customer service orientated. This is why many people cannot stand CVS... plus I plan to send corporate a very harsh letter. plus, I teach part time for a living, so every chance I can complain about CVS I will do it with passion. Keep behaving like this CVS many of you will be out of a job soon...

Very very irresponsible pharmacy ordered my rhogam shot with them would call in everyday for almost two weeks and they would say tomorrow ?!! Came to find out today that they cant find the vaccine . Really they couldnt just say that from the start? Let me explain whats the worst part about this whole thing Im pregnant 37 weeks if my body for any reason produces protein my can be born stillborn!!!!!! How could the pharmacy be so irresponsible!!!!! This is a human life we are talking about!!! Never ever going back and will tell EVERYONE I KNOW!!!!!!

Always have a long wait time on the phone. Last year they allowed me to leave with an incorrect prescription that was for cancer patients verse high blood pressure. It was my mother who noticed the pills looked different and we google it. All they did was refund and say sorry issued me new pills. I got 2 wisdom teeth pulled yesterday and had a prescription for Motrin and was told have to wait til this morning to fill. They couldnt even get a call that prescription was ready. Poor service.

The pharmacy manager, Max, is a complete arrogant jerk. He makes you feel like you are stupid for asking questions. He talks down to people. He has personally told me a prescription is ready and I could come pick it up. I arrived 15 minutes later. Magically, the prescription "unfilled" itself and he refused to fill it. No explanation why. He could careless about anything other than himself. Things were SO much better when Praveen was the pharmacist! Courtney is great, too.

I visited the pharmacy, and I was impressed with the level of customer service that Eliana gave me. She was very attentive, thorough, and pleasant. We came around closing time, and the entire staff was upbeat, which was refreshing. I used to be a Walgreens employee so I tend to stay away from CVS (I havent been in one for years), but I will truthfully admit that I enjoyed my experience today at CVS. Keep up the good work!

The worst pharmacy Ive ever been to. The staff there seems as if they dont want to do there jobs. They always have an excuse not to fill or order my prescriptions. Except for one pharmacist. I never have a problem with her getting my medications. Shes the only one who gets things done over there! Thanks You Courtney.

Corporate needs to send undercover shoppers into the Pharmacy Dept. The issues are mind boggling. Incorrect information, unhelpful pharmacy staff members, no attention to detail. The staff outside of the Pharmacy are great and helpful. The contrast in how customers are treated in the same store is nuts.

They never have anything stocked. And it takes them a day to refill anything. So dont look forward to your medication if youre in lots of pain, cause youre gonna have to deal with it or go to Walmart!
