Horrible just horrible! My doctor called in a prescription for me last week for my inhaler, CVS said they never received it after I drove to the store to pick it up, of course I called the doctors office a little perturbed and they said they sent it again and Ill be doggone! This pharmacy have the prescription on hold! And on top of all that they did received the first prescription, and my other prescriptions are not even ready, they should have been available for pick up on the 3rd. Im so done! With this CVS Its a rap as of today, Im going to CVS on Cypress Gardens BLVD, Winter Haven FL, they have a 5 star rating.

I hate using this store. When you need a refill and call it in say at like 9am and it wont be ready until after 4pm. Why does it take so long they have 8 people behind the counter and you have to wait so long and the lines are so long insisde and outside. And its not even this store its the one in Davenport as well. CVS all around sucks. I dont think its just this store I bet its all od CVS, stores. They need a new management or need to be shut down.

Dont sell cigarettes, their offers are not as good as Walgreens plus sometimes if you forget which phone number youre forgotten card is on, theyll charge you the non-sale price instead of giving you a new card. That is usually with the older generation is cashing out.

This CVS has the WORST pharmacy I have ever used in my entire life. My insurance forced me to switch to CVS on 1/1/17 & I have had NOTHING but trouble trying to get my prescriptions transferred and filled. They are both understaffed & incompetent at every level.

I have had many problems with this CVS. I have had to go back and get medicine because they did not supply the accurate amount. They have issues receiving a simple fax from a doctor. Call wait time is always long. Just disappointed in my service.

This is the worst Pharmacy ever. The girls that work behind the counter in the pharmacy are rude and nasty. I cant believe they allow that type of customer service. they should be ashamed of themselves
