This is a franchise store and they operate by their own low standards. In December, 2015, I stopped in to ask if I could lower my family plan bill by reducing the data package, and I was told NO. They then asked me if I had received a "free" tablet when I had purchased my Iphone at a REAL ATT store. I told them I had not. Now keep in mind, my whole purpose in stopping at the store was to reduce my charges, NOT increase them, which I explained when I first entered the store. Long story short, they "gave" me the "free" tablet, and when I asked if there were any additional charges on my monthly bill, and was assured NOT. I never even turned it on for 2-3 months when my computer died. It didnt work. Yes, I had been lax in taking care of my business because I was sole caregiver for my elderly mother suffering from Alzheimers, and she was waiting in the car. She passed away in March, and I am now freed up to take a closer look at my bills and much to my surprise, I found I have been charged monthly for the use of the tablet. I chatted on line with an ATT rep and she was able to credit my account for a very small portion of the charges. Further, she WAS able to reduce the data package on the family plan, as they should have been able to do in December, 2015. Without the unauthorized charge for the tablet and the reduced data package, my bill has been reduced by over $60 monthly. So, the Solon ATT store ROBBED ME in excess of $1,200 for that period of time. I am certain the laughed their arses off at the stupid woman they had just ripped off. I had my 94 year old mother in the car waiting for me, and I should have been more careful, but, I just didnt expect to be given wrong information, and charged for something I never wanted or needed in the first place. I am not just angry, I AM LIVID!!!! They are an unscrupulous bunch of thieves.

This company is Terrible. When we came to the store just to separate phone line we were told that if we will combine all phones, TV and internet it will be $450 a month for everything. Then the money were taken from our account and we were sure that weve paid everything. Then we went out of country for 3 weeks. When we came back we receive statements that we have a past due account for $193.00 and we owe total of $339.70 for UVerse and TV service. Say WHAT???....I was shocked!!! I was calling ATT for 3 days, I was going to the ATT stores all over my city and what I got???... my service was turned off... Me and my husband both have home based business based on internet. I was on the phone for 3 hours today and they were so rude and nobody wanted to help. Everybody were transferring me over and over again and finally they said, the only thing we can do for you!!!!!!!..... take your payment!!!!! :)))))))) Can you believe it? After I finish with this review I go to the court. Ive had enough with this company. Now I have to take some pills because I cannot calm down...... Hope you will never ever sign up with AT&T and if you do, have everything in writing, because all this company based on FRAUD!!!!!!!!!!

I never write reviews but I really had to. I came to this store after visiting another store the day before and they were not really any help. Gio from the aurora store was beyond helpful and he was helping at least 5 customers at a time. From what I could tell, he was extremely helpful to the rest of the customers. He was very knowledgeable and attentive. He truly cared about the happiness of the customers, myself included. I live on the west side, but work on the east side, Ill definitely be coming to this store from now on. Thank you, Gio!

They gave wrong info..I switched from other provider to att and they told me tablet is free and i dont have to pay anything for it each month but that wasnt true. It was $10 a month + one time $45 activation fee. When i returned it to the store, they charged me 33$ restocking fee. One of the employee had an attitude while i was returning the tablet. Stay away from this store, buying online is better and call att if you have any questions.

They work to meet any individuals personal and/or professional needs with the array of products and services offered by AT&T. I would recommend this store and its personnel any time.
