My boss bought me a blender two years ago, it suddenly stopped blending as well as it used to. Though it looked and performed ok (without anything in it) at the store the clerk was very kind and listened to what I had to say, explained techniques and shipped it back free of charge, even gave me two new spatulas! Super awesome, speedy, no hassle. Hopefully they can fix it!
