Do not shop here if you can avoid it, they are the worst. My business partner was in two weeks ago discussed plan, selected new phones etc. I went in later that day to pick out my phone and waited almost twenty minutes to speak to the gentleman that helped my partner, no big deal, only to find out the neither of the phones he narrowed it down to were in stock. Took my name and number an assured me he would call me. Two weeks later stopped in and of course he was busy said I would give him a call later but as I was looking around someone else mentioned that the phone I was waiting for was no longer available - he did not know this two week ago! Called left message no call back. Two days later called again and now found out he is on vacation for a week. Stopped in just now to find an empty store, the gentleman that I worked with now could not be bothered to wait on me was texting someone the whole time I wa asking him questions then said that if I wanted I could wait fifteen minutes for him to finish. Finish what? I walked out and am now, after ten years, trying to convince my partner we need to switch plans - please go somewhere else.

The staff at the technical support portion of this location were extremely rude with attitudes that were not appreciated. I had called att to see where i should take my phone because the camera had stopped working after just three months and they told me mayfield. Before i could even finish why i was there or even show her my phone the woman rolled her eyes and handed me a piece of paper with a number on it and told me to call it and that they couldnt do anything for me. After calling the number, they told me i was at the right place to begin with. She didnt take the time to hear me out so i had wasted about 3 days of time

Now granted its been a couple years since Ive been there but Im just thinking about it now, I walked in there on a Sunday within the last hour of business and the African-American gentleman seemed like he didnt want to help me , in fact stopped my transaction turned and had a discussion with another fellow employee about the excess food from their birthday party they had in the back room? Proceeded to hand me my phone didnt even ask me the color that I wanted and On and on and on , dont go there, go to the willoughny store. You dont hear me complain about reverse racism ever really but this time I am .

Dont go there if you dont have to, Had to get a replacement HTC One that was the only service center to get one, They didnt transfer the content of my old phone over correctly told me my contacts will sink with the phone from ATT Contacts said he backed them up to it, well they didnt over 100 contacts lost and all my music. called them back to see if I can get them from my old phone and said they already shipped it out. Started calling them @ 9:00am DIDNT GET THROUGH UNTIL 1:00PM, They have an all well you have to put them back in attitude. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE... stay away...

My experience at the AT&T store in Mayfield, OH was awesome! I was heading there to shop for new phones and open new lines for my family. The store was busy as hell during the time I was there. The sales consultant named Wilbon was amazing since he stayed with me after the store closed about 1/2 - 1 hour later finishing up opening my familys new AT&T phone accounts. Wilbon answered all the questions that I had for him and was very respectfully and kind. I greatly appreciated what he did for me since my family love our new phones provided by AT&T.

This has to be the worst experience I have encountered for trying to resolve a problem. I am a business customer. My phone was stolen. I tried to access my vm by dialing my phone number & pressing # and this did not work could not. Call one of the stores and ask for the voice mailbox number not one store representative was able to answer my question nor help I was referred twice to diffefrent phone numbers (device management & then customer care).

Dont go here if you dont have to. I had a terrible experience here, the woman who serviced me had no clue what she was doing and it caused me a lot of problems down the road. Save yourself the headache and go to the location in mayfield heights; theyre knowledgeable, and professional. Ill take the extra few minutes and drive down the road to see them instead. Avoid this place like the plague.

Surprisingly very good experience. I didnt have appointment so I had to wait cca 20 minutes (could be better), but after that, they took care about all my needs. They gave me a really good trade in offer for my old phone, and I got exactly, what I asked for. Staff was very professional, friendly and knowledgeable (Thanks Jared). I will be back.
