You dont know what youre missing if you havent tried the NEW Aldi. Im like many others who had an image of Aldi as the dark dingy discount grocer with poor produce and little other decent product, and of course, no brand names. I tried out the old stores in the past and never went back after my produce went bad within a couple days. Well, this new location is just about the complete opposite. Very bright and clean feeling. Weve never had bad produce. Excellent deli & cheese section. They have awesome fresh fish & meats. We get ALL of our groceries here every week. We only need to venture to other stores once in a while for cleaning products or other home goods. Their non-brand name products taste just fine and the SAVINGS, the savings is ridiculous. I dont think it is an exaggeration to say that we pay half of anyone else, Wal-Mart, anyone.

Love this place- I save lots of money on groceries! Produce is hit or miss, thought - look over the fruits and vegetables carefully before purchasing. Also be aware that their stock varies - something you bought last week may not be available this week. Also know that you cannot buy everything here - you will probably need to shop at other stores to completely fill out your list. But the bargains abound! Things to note: you should bring your own bags (otherwise they will charge you to purchase plastic or paper bags), you will need to bring a quarter to "rent" a cart, and you will need to bag your own groceries.

This location has a larger refrigerator section for fresh produce than most aldi stores which in turn makes the produce here very good quality. The prices are a lot better than Giant Eagle and Market District and I can get most of my grtoceries here. The basics are great and at a great price like salt, pepper, flour and sugar. The packaged items are hit or miss however, but the price is good so if you dont like a particular product, you arent out more than a couple dollars.

Store just opened last week. Prices are similar to Marcs on many items, but with smaller selection. Too many snacks. However, they have frozen wild-caught skinless salmon, flounder and tilapia for $3.99/pound which is fantastic. The milk and egg prices are very low. Their website says they are into sustainability and safety for overseas suppliers. Im glad theyre in the area. Thanks, Aldi
