Espero que me solucionen un problema que ellos mismos me han creado. Hace una semana compré dos teléfonos para pagar en 90 días al mismo precio de cash, eso fue lo que me ofrecieron. Luego de una semana me entero que no era así y que otra empresa me ha hecho un "préstamo" para pagar los teléfonos y que lo puedo cancelar en 24 meses o en un mes o en tres. Los teléfonos me costaron $499 cada uno pero ahora tendría que pagar $2,400 por los dos. Yo nunca solicité un préstamo; mi trato fue directo con ellos, con la tienda de Elite Metro; pero parece que esta tienda de 5324 Central Florida Pkwy hace muchos trucos para vender sus productos y no comprendo qué tiene que ver una tercera parte que es una empresa que yo no conozco ni nunca contacté para nada, en la compra de unos teléfonos de metropcs.

Had to purchase a new phone. Had Cricket wireless and had nothing but problems with them. Stay away. Had a Samsung Note 3 wasnt able to make calls or receive calls. So decided to change carriers. Went to PCS on Central Florida Parkway. I was able to change plans and get the Samsung J7 for free and get unlimited text. Esperanza was very patient and her customer services skills were outstanding. Had to go back because there were some features I didnt understand on my new phone. Patricia Manager took the time to explains how the phone works. I wish more people had there compassion when it comes to customer service.

If there is a way I can leave a rating without leaving a star I would. The woman that worked at the store was rude, disrespectful and so unprofessional. I would never do business with this company because of this woman. Please stay away from this store.

I was tricked into purchasing a phone cover, screen protecter and the 60 dollar plan. I was told that the phone cover and screen protecter is free with the purchase of a phone, which was not. Then when going to resolve the issue, i choose to get a memory card istead of the cover, then the guy pulled out my screen protecter from the phone which i paid for. So basically i they made me pay 45 dollars+tax for a 32gb sd memory card. I highly advise not to deal with this dealers.

I highly recommend this location. The staff was amazing and very helpful. I felt so peaceful purchasing my phone as these girls helped me out with finance. They let me try the VR gear and it was a very fun experience. This crew is always full of smiles and willing to work a deal and help. The new management here rocks!!! 2 thumbs up ladies.

If customer service exists you wont find it here! I must have been "served" by the same woman that Virtuous Woman posted about, a year ago. Im surprised she is still there because I walked out after the treatment received. Rude! Metro PCS, you are losing business because of this staff member!

Sons phone died while on vacation. This was the closest store to our hotel. Maria was easy to work with and very helpful. Was in and out in less than 20 minutes. Highly recommend if metro phone is needed while in the Disney area.
