They ALWAYS are late with online ordering, ive found. Only a few instances were they actually on-time. This is my local Publix so I order my sandwiches quite frequently from here. Even when I arrive late because I know my order will be late, its still not ready and I have to wait even longer. Longest I had to wait was almost 50 minutes. FIFTY MINUTES!!!!! Usually though they are 15-20 minutes late. I order my sandwiches from here a LOT and always when I come here I know I have to stand by the pick-up for at least 10 minutes, no less. I wish I was exaggerating with this, but this is ridiculous, I never even write reviews but I had to for this Publix. Its like they never check their online orders. OTHERWISE the staff here are very friendly and this Publix is OK with me...

Im a fan of Publix. Can you tell me why at this location they refused anyone with EBT, DEBIT, OR CHECKS on August 12,2017? At a time when the surrounding communities had many grocery store closures due to Irma, this store wasnt accepting EBT. Also DEBIT is from your bank account. Why would you not accept that? I understand checks, but no EBT OR DEBIT? We were so excited to see a Publix open and imagine my frustration to see those signs posted on EVERY cashiers lane. Im glad that I had cash on me. But imagine a mother who didnt have cash but only EBT to feed her children. She would have gotten no food from this store.

My fiancee tried to cash his payroll check there only to be treated very badly and embarrased horribly in front of a store full of people by being told that they couldnt cash his check because of a returned check for 400 some odd dollars that was written turns out while he was incarcerated. Because of this we have both boycotted publix and have told any and everyone we know not to shop at publix until this is worked out and my fiancee is apologized too for being treated so very badly.

Have been shopping here since it opened and this normally is a 5-star experience. The produce is hit or miss sometimes, but otherwise a nice place to shop. Today I bought a 2.31 pound package of country ribs at $3.29/pound. Nice and meaty from the outside of packaging but quite a surprise when unpackaged. Thick layer of fat neatly hidden from view. Of the 2.31 pounds, 1.1 pound went into the trash. Thats 46% waste, or an actual price of about $6.25, for those of you keeping score.

I work for publix and every time I go into this location, their is little to no customer service, their detailing is little to none, and when I ask a question they tend to brush you off with a faults answer, or they just act shocked that your talking to them. Yes the store is very clean yet thats about it. This store (mgrs and associates) are failing the publix standards in many ways. Its sad that such a nice updated store has such a poor quality standard.

Like most Publix stores, this place is always clean. They have some bulk seeds & rice, which I like. I cant recall any bad experiences with cashiers or other employees. The only thing I dont love about this place is getting into the parking lot, but its easier to get in and out since the urgent care facility was built in the same plaza. Presumably, the changes were made to let ambulances get in faster. Whatever the reason, in grateful.

Service great. I always find what I need. Only one problem I have in this particular location their oven roasted chicken or fried I have come to the conclusion base on experience and talking with neighbors that it is old chicken even after cooked it has a strong nasty smell and when cut up can see the meat is dark (not from burn). They will take it back but the chances it will be the same are high

Not very great when its busy. Especially when Im 8 months pregnant, waited in the express check out for 10 minutes, to only have Patrick open up the next check out and not take the "next" person in line over. Produce is sometimes a step up from Winn Dixie. Most of the time its the same poor quality or just over priced.

I ordered a boars head cheesesteak sub online at 7:05. Was told ready by 7:35. I even ordered extra meat and cheese. W as gonna be 13+ dollars. Sent my son for it and it ended up taking and extra 15 minutes. And they gave it to us free. WOW talk about GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!

My favorite Publix. Clean and convenient. Very courteous staff. Deli counter gets crowded sometimes but they keep it moving. They always open extra checkout lanes if its busy. Good produce and meat quality. I have been going here for years and always have a great experience.

I hate going to this store. If something is on sale it never fails to be completely sold out. There is at least one extreme couponer in the area that can often be found selling their overstock items in a yard sale. This store needs to tighten up their coupon policy.

Love this publix have been going here for years. Very familiar with the employees first name basis, my son was a baby when i started going there, now my son is a teen and everyone remembers him and he knows them all.

I have been going to this Publix for almost 2 years now. During every visit, I am greeted kindly by employees and can find help whenever I need it. Im also very impressed by the cleanliness and upkeep of the aisles.

Went to Publix. Went to the cashier. Paid my items. I found an error but they cant correct their error they made. I have to pay the difference in their part. Im going to write a letter to their headquarters.

This is a quality Publix. Theres always a huge lunch rush at the deli but the guys here are pros and set up an assembly line to get though it. Genuinely one of the best Publix stores in the area.
