bought pants top rivet breaks, go to store, no credit or exchange over 30 days and I cant prove its a defect. Fine. They still have the same pants in stock, purchase 2nd pair...same top rivet breaks off. Duh! DEFECT! take both back...the genus replys, ok now I see the defect but its still over 30 days. Call customer service...only deal with online orders. gives me same number to call. point this out..then gives me email address..she said and I quote " its the only way to contact customer service". So Im speaking to an AI

Saturday, Jan 9th, 2010 store was mostly empty. We select a few items went to the checkout where 5 staff hang out but only two work. One girl struggles with returns, cant work it out. After ten minutes of queuing and some more people waiting we ask to open another register ... no ... two are enough. Well we drop our items and leave so does the guy behind us. HCO to employ teens is not enough - you need a responsible and experience store manager.
