so horrible, just open a case on how careless they are with their security pins.....yesterday SEPT 2, 2016 I was trying pants and one was left open and it scrap the back of my lege...................When I share these concerns with the Manager, he just didnt even care.....putting the blame on teens.......WTF........so I open H&M case number on this guyy.........so uncool will never again shop there.... The customer service was great but h&m just plain sucks. I had a trade in because of wrong size. The trade was older, 1yr precise, but guys, I wore the suit jacket twice. Trade wasnt accepted. So whatever. I look at quality over quantity and h&m prices are similar to Express men. Mediocre fashion for high price. Ill stick with dept stores and neiman marcus

I had the worst customer service every time I come in here. The lines is too long, the workers is rude and miserable. I had Craig did my return and he was very rude. As big as this company is, they need to learn and teach workers how to treat customers. Without us, you would never have a job.

Terribly slow.. Two cashiers for a very long line. Its besides borderline of abusive, negligent management and ridiculous to spend 45 min in line. Not worth.

The store was clean and the staff was very friendly. The cashier forgot to take the tag off some of my clothes, but I would recommend this H & M.
