I was there earlier today and I really cant believe the way the manager spoke to the cashier. He was very irate, rude and disrespectful! There were two lines full of people and the two cashiers were doing their very best to keep the line moving. The young lady wanted the manager to open another register, yet even with a store full of people he refused! He, instead treated her like she was beneath him and acted as if he was superior to her. I was embarrassed for her, and so were the other people. If this is how dollar tree management treats their employees then I feel sorry for these people. Maybe u should think about having a training for your managers, especially the guy, and then they will gain the knowledge they need to obtain better people skills! I left my nunber with the young lady and I am willing to speak to someone above him if need be.

Nobody ever should visit this location. This store is the worst and most unprofessional staff Ive ever in countered. Liz who is the store manager is the most ignorant specimen of a human being Ive ever met. Im guessing all you need to be a manager at dollar tree is a crAcker jack diploma. She doesnt even dress professional, jeans a tshirt really. Then refuses to accept money from me she claimed to be conterfiet. I asked her to please use money Marker to verify, she refused saying they dont use them at dollar tree. So you just refuse money because Im white and your Spanish? ?? Ok. Well Im the worst secret shopper this company will ever encounter. Time to shut the business down! The white guy behind me was refused service as well.

Almost every time Im in this store they have 20-30 people in line because they only have one cashier. I always see at least two to four other employees stocking shelves or just walking around. I realize there is a lot of product to organize as I have been in retail for over 20 years. This does not excuse the worst level of customer I have almost ever seen. If u see 20 people in line put down your boxes and open a register even if it is for ten fifteen minutes to catch up the line. Ever heard the saying the customer comes first? Just saying

Today i was there to buy things. This manager guy yell at black girl very loudly. I used to love these place. After today I was disgusting with how he handle things. That is bad for business. No customer wont to see that. I felt so bad for her and the other people in line were very upset. I come there a lot and usually the people are so helpful. Sometimes Lines are long but that is everywhere so no problem. But who wants to see someone yell at there employee that way? Even after she asked him not to yell he still did it. Very bad guy.

The store usually has a large selection and for a high-traffic location with International visitors is clean and well maintained my only negative feedback for this location is that Ive seen management on multiple occasions belittling their employees and being less then courteous to customers

Store is always a mess and if that wasnt bad already they only have one cashier threw out the day. I have stopped by other dollar stores and they are very organized but this location is by far the worst one I have been too.

I always find what I need with this retailer. The store itself was a little disorganized, but it is the changing of seasons so I imagine that was the cause. Cashier was very pleasant.
