What a refreshing and surprise experience! Although we "should" expect the best from companies like AT&T and other big name retailers that is not the case "Most" of the time. However, I am extremely happy to report that is not the case with this AT&T location. Gyron Peden and his team are the best....they exemplify amazing customer service, friendly, very knowledgable, personable and helpful, and get this....even Thanked me for my business and hope to see us again. When do you ever hear that anymore? This was such a contridiction to the AT&T Corporate store in Altamonte Uptown, where the simple courtesies of even a smile or hello are completely non-existant. The staff there are a poor representation of the values and reputation that AT&T has spent years in building. With that staff like they have there combined with the vast amount of competition, it can be devestating even to the industry giants. Someone should take a look at whats going on there. On the otherhand, Its good to know that the AT&T retail store in Rocksprings/Apopka really get the importance of have representatives that care about their customers, that really know their stuff, and willing to go the extra mile to be helpful. You can bet that my husband and I will share our experience with everyone we know that is interested in cellular service and that wants exception service. The store is clean, a pretty good selection of items, and of course has a exceptional, knowledgable team working there! (it was really refreshing to see) Keep up the good work, I hope AT&T realizes the exceptional way that you represent them. Can you please train the folks in Altamonte Uptown?

I went to the rock springs location in Apopka, I live right up the street, as I walked in the store was not greeted or acknowledged at all from the 45 min I waited, I saw they were busy and understood only 2 were working. Finally it was my turn and I needed help unlocking my IPhone, the lady said she didnt know how to do it and said I can do it only line, then rudely "next" me for the next person in line. I asked nicely if she could walk me through it and had no interest in even trying and explained that I tried it on my own and it didnt work out, the guy with her repeated the same thing and stressed how busy he was to not help me at the moment , and didnt even offer help once he was done. This team was not knowledgeable, not helpful, and very rude, all I wanted was help! I have been with AT&T since 2008 and never seen something like this, this place made me feel helpless finding the service I needed with the lack of interest in helping a customer made me fell like Im on my own. Yes for now on I will not waste my time stopping at a retailer if all they are going to do is suggest that I "do it online " and tune me out . I wonder why are they even open ? I can buy phones online as well I guess theirs is noneed for them indeed

I would visit another at&t store or go with another phone carrier. This store ported over a wrong phone number, resulting in an over charge of $780 for a phone we never received. The store clerk replaced our sim card due to this error. The store clerk also advised us that he would fix the situation the next day, but failed to do so. Customer service cancelled the incorrect line, but we are now charged for an extra phone. We were told that we have to contact the store directly... only problem is that there is NEVER a manager that can make decisions at this store. Therefore, we have been unable to get this matter resolved. Please stay with your current phone carrier or go elsewhere.

I was team I phone,,just for the name,, I was hesitant to switch over to the Galaxy but with much resistance,,, Gyron the manger took the time to show how to use the phone and the special features,, I dont get that type of help anywhere ,, usually Im just a number and get pushed out the store,, I left happy and comfortable, and even though the store is not in my nieborhood I know that if I have problems Id take the drive to that store,, All of the staff is great and fully trained.Thank you once again Apopka AT&T,,I do recommend this location to many of my friends..

This isnt the reps fault.. Its att.. I had my phone converted to post paid from prepaid.. Because I needed to make an account for my microcell to work, everything was done.. Get home.. I magically have a 700$ down-payment.. Talked to at least 20 people.. Was told everything from it being a glitch, etc etc.. They couldnt remove it.. Put it back to prepaid, had to pay again.. For another month of service.. All because theyre too damn lazy to fix the cell tower out here.. But hey.. They value their customers right? -_-

I went in today because I was looking for a smart phone for my husbands upcoming birthday. Were in our late 40s and we try our best to keep up to date with technology, but that can be quite a task. The sales clerk there was very helpful and informative. He was patient, and understanding in taking me through the newest "smart" phones. Im sure my husband will the thrilled, and the clerk even offered to help my husband with learning to use his new phone. I will certainly be coming back around Christmas time!

This AT&T location is phenomenal. I came in with my mom who wanted to upgrade her phone. We were greeted by Mike Fernandez. Mike was so helpful and was very detailed and patient. He thought outside of the box to help us with the best way to upgrade our plan and transfer phones from one cell to another. I highly recommend this location and will continue to use this location for years to come. Thank you Mike and the AT&T Apopka team!

My husband and I have been with AT&T for many years even in another county, but the agents in the Apopka Store rates excellent. Mr. Gyron Peden is very knowledgeable , helpful, polite and professional. Boy,oh boy we are fortune to have him in The Rock Spring Ridge area. He handle the coustoms and the store just great. Best experience I have ever had going to a phone store. Mike F was very nice and super patient with my mother. He helped with every problem She was having with her phone and was able to answer all of my questions. Even though this is a far drive for me, I definitely will be coming back just for him. Great customer service, this man deserves to be a manager!

I recently was robbed of my I.d. And bank accounts. I went into the Apopka Store on a wim to pay my bill for my internet and cable bill. Anthony the manager was so accommodating he offered to fix the bill, due to miscommunication. He had me at hello!! Not just for the discount but for the great honest customer service !! He has a great way with the public !!

Walked in the store and the one employee there was helping a lady, there was no one else there and he did not even acknowledge our presence. He continued socializing with this lady and after 15-20 minutes I asked if there was anyone else there to help us or if was actually helping her and he answered very rudely and sacarstic. Horrible service!!
