Today, At&t lost credibility as their service representatives were very passive and unwilling to provide options for getting my IPhone 5 repaired. I have to walk the service rep through my phone settings and demonstrate the issue, which was ok. But he seem clueless to how the phone operates and immediately withdraw to help another customer. His last response " I think you need to go to Apple Store and let them look at the phone". At&t bills me for insurance and I expect that option to be catered. Not recommended go else where to validate a broken device, which was sold in your store. Shop here at your own risk! Celebration is high profile area and it is expected you receive quality service but At&t is the negative exception. I rate 1 out of 10 for competency and customer service.

I originally went to the Starbucks next to this location, after getting coffee I decided it was high time I update my cell phone. I did so, having a pleasnt and funny customer service rep named Stephanie. She showed me how to do everything with my new phone, including texting and email which ive always wanted to learn how to do, she broke it down for me in such a way that it made sense and didnt make me feel dumb. She saved me money on my bill and further optimized my wifes cell phone and my home phone service (which also needed updating) as well. Im now quite pleased with my up to date cell/home phone services which are much much better and cheaper than before. GO HERE!

Terrible service and incompetent employees. Its worth the 10 min drive to the AT&T dealer directly easy of here. What kind of store selling new iPhones doesnt have a proper wifi network so that you can set up a new iPhone with an iCloud backup? They also had no idea how the restore even works-- said I could set it up as a new phone and then restore it from the phone later. Not true, you have to erase the whole phone again before restoring from a backup. The ladies at the other store had no problem helping with this.

The staff at this location are ignorant, speak as if they are above you, like ATT the the “best” network and then tell you to go to a different carrier if you don’t like it. I’ll never go back to this location EVER!

Blatantly lied to me and told me at&t doesnt offer upgrades anymore. They told me I had to outright purchase a phone. They were very rude and not helpful. Dont go here! They are a shady franchise.
