Wouldnt even give this location a 1 star. They dont even deserve a negative one star. Negative 10 stars is like it. Horrible experience with Shawn who says hes a "store manager". By his actions on 11 06 15 hes NOT a store manager OR even a CSR. Extremely rude and says that the people at corporate are wrong and everything they say is at the "discretion" of the store. The 800 # hes absolutely incorrect. Stay away from this store at all costs. Shawn is abusive and down right rude and immature. By the way, he said my state issued work ID is to have an expiration date. When I asked my employer that, they said completely false. We dont put an expiration date on an employee ID, wed just terminate the employee....per the state of Ohio BCI. SMH

I want to praise Chris, a manger at the Legacy Village Store, Lyndhurst, Ohio, for helping me solve problems with U-Verse-- not even part of his responsibility! (despite the fact that the UVerse customer service person on the phone directed me to go to this store). Chris was patient with an inpatient customer(me), took time to problem solve, and went well beyond. He is the kind of manager all retail stores need. I am now considering changing to ATT wireless because of his assistance, even though i am completely happy with my current server. With a manager like Chris, Id expect excellent customer service from everyone at this store , and that alone is worth going thru the wireless service change process.

One of the worst retail stores i have encountered--consistently. Gave wrong information on how long it takes to get a new i-phone. Went back and was told rudely, how long it would really take. Tonight i waited 40 mnutes while Shawn talked to a "customer" about moveis, college, sports etc--all while I and multiple people were waiting to be helped. Was finally "helped" by a saleswoman who connected my phone incorrectly to my sons account. I would do anything to change to Verizon for myself and my company. I know good customer service and they are really as bad as it gets.

I had today the best customer service! I came in with a problem that was created at another AT&T store. Kenneth, a customer service representative listened to me, spoke with the manager and got it resolved quickly. Thanks Kenneth, you rocked it today!

I have had great service from this store year in and year out. They have always been knowledgeable and courteous and a couple of times have gone beyond what I would of expected to make sure I got what I needed. I highly recommend this location.
