This is a poor imitation of Michaels, at least at their corporate headquarters main store the employees are ill-informed and rather rude. Its difficult to get anything unless you know where it is and the store feels understocked. Even though they match coupons they wont tell you that at checkout so you have to be constantly looking over your shoulder to make sure youre not getting ripped off. I needed a simple can of Krylon paint and spent $8 for something that is sold for $4 at Home Depot. In my humble opinion keep going to Michaels until they change just about everything.

A little over priced but that is to be expected with Jo-Ann Fabrics. The place is very big, neat and has pretty much you can think of for crafting. I went their for fabric, candy molds, patterns and ribbons. The candy mold selection was the only one I was really... really disappointed in. The staff was really nice there was a young lady who was working there (with glasses and light brown hair putting back all the fabric rolls that have already been cut )she was very kind and helpful.

We basically decorated half our wedding and our house with products found here. You can usually find anything youre looking for in terms of craft items, but sometimes its difficult to navigate the store to find exactly what you need. Also, the staff had been less than friendly on a few occasions. Also, lots of regular price coupons that dont apply to anything since most everything in the store is on sale all the time anyway.

I just wanted to express my thanks for your pulling the magazine off of your shelves that depicted depraved quilting. The pubishers arguement that this was art is a bunch of lies. Quilting has always been art. It is people taking material and turning it into beautiful pieces of art work. i am so glad to hear that you have morals and ethics as a company and will stand up for them.

I love Jo-Ann. There is always a great selection of home decor items in addition to craft and baking supplies. They also offer classes for things like crafting and cake decorating. Prices are a little higher than some other craft stores but its really nice stuff and the place stays clean and comfortable.

Love this store! Anytime I start a project I pop in to look at what Im getting into, almost every time an employee will have worked on something similar and had a few other pointers. Bathrooms are clean and always has soap, and a fancy air dryer (loud to me). Love the sales, text and email coupons.

On two occasions I have had terrible experiences with the store associates. A person should not be made to feel like an idiot when asking a question about products. Youre in retail. What do you expect? ?? Twice I have been there only to have associates act put out. No thanks.

I do cosplays and this store always has a unique selection of fabrics and seeing supplies. This store is super organized and they let you double up coupons (if there arent conflicts), usually a combination of digital and ones you get from the mail.

An amazing place for any kind of crafter. It looks like they have done some remodeling lately and there is even MORE good stuff to look at. Lots of ways to use coupons and a ton of sales all the time. And, I live close to it!
