I had a really disappointing experience at this store the other day. The sales people really push unwanted products on their customers and dont explain all of the fees and charges that will eventually show up on your bill. I tried to return an item within the 14 day "buyers remorse" period (as they call it) and was dissuaded from returning the item even though I emphatically expressed my desire too do so. Two weeks later I see a monthly charge on the bill for the product that I was not expecting and decided to try to return the item again after speaking to customer service online and getting corporate "seal of approval" on the return even though it was past the 14 day period. When I went in the sales people were so unprofessional and had no idea how to help me and told me to come back two days later and the manager, Brian could help me. So on the THIRD attempt at returning the item the manager, Brian copped such a condescending tone with me and refused to help me at all that I left. LUCKILY, they do have people who are willing to do their jobs and not just goof off at the customer service hotline in the returns department. The person in the returns department was so helpful and kind and enabled me to return the item and has even waived the restocking fee. Thank goodness......I wasted at least 3-4 hours of my time attempting to just return one item, never used not even opened! *a note to those in retail do not take for granted the time and money your customers invest in dealing with your company. For AT&T sales people and especially the managers, I have come to find out that ALL stores have a universal database where you can find out how to do anything, including returning an item. There was no excuse for your unprofessionalism and refusal to help a loyal customer.

Went for a simple SIM Card switch. The phone worked fine, as my daugher inserted her SIM Card to test. Dominique, (male) sent me down to AT&T Mobile Service Center located down by Golden Gate Plaza. I wasted a few hours of my time because he never activated the card he installed in my phone. I have fibromyalgia and was in severe pain ....tried to be a trooper and be light. This was my second bad experience at this store, the 1st was the phone snob blond girl who disgustingly talked sneered and jeered at my non smart phone. It was beneath her AT&T pay scale standards! I make more than her but chose to spend my money more wisely and should not be laughed at for being frugal. Even though her opinion did not matter, it was still rude and disgusting. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL STORE.

This store has top notch employees.... I had the pleasure of working with Stephanie on my visit on Monday April 10th 2017. She helped me and my Mom to the fullest. We were there to make a Phone upgrade for myself and a new easier to use cell phone for my Mom. She took on the task with both feet. She was friendly, Knowledgeable, and most of all very professional. Thank you AT&T for hiring a great sales associate. She should be a Asset to the AT&T Brand for many ,many years to come.

Dominique was great. LIKE, THE BEST. I dont understand bad reviews on here. Staff is great, they spent lots of time getting me right equipment and services. Got me discounts and rebates. Went over everything with me VERY PATIENTLY about 10 times so I understood it all. Let my kids play with store equipment to keep them occupied and happy while I had my service switched and my new devices initialized. I have never had a better experience at a mobile atore. EVER.

Its been a very long time since Ive received such exceptional service. Sam not only greeted me when I walked in - which retailers rarely do these day - he listened to my concerns, resolved them promptly, and made sure that I was satisfied with the outcome and my service, all while providing others with the same great experience. It doesnt get much better. Clone the man and spread across all stores.

I brought my grandma in to do an upgrade on her phone to an iPhone and she wanted to get an iPad. Ryan looked and found out that she was paying way to much for her TV service and we were able to cut the bill down by $75 by switching to Direct TV. He showed us how the picture was better and we saved her some money. Could not beat it!!

They were extremely deceptive with their sales practices, specifically about the phone warrantys. They never disclosed that there was a deductible and didnt clearly explain the terms of the warranty. They wasted me $300, Jolene and Dominique, I will never deal with them again
