This store was totally deceptive. I went in to upgrade a phone, and manager continued trying to push sprints "Easy Pay" program on me. I explained I was happy with my plan and just wanted to upgrade, he said I could not upgrade at his store with out easy pay, and that Sprint was getting away from doing that and is only doing easy pay. He said if I wanted to upgrade I had to go online and could not purchase a phone at the store. I also had a friend with my in the store who was a current Sprint customer and the manager pulled the same stunt with him, his plan would go up about $5 a month, just as my friend almost agreed the manager then said he HAS to purchase the protection program for $11 a month his exact words "No phone leaves my store with out a protection plan, you can remove it later" We both left angry, neither with new phones. Manager didnt even care. I then called Sprint directly, who then told me everything the manager said was untrue and would send some "coaching" to that store. Having to have a protection plan LIE, being unable to upgrade like normal with out Easy Pay....LIE, The rep even advised me to go to Best Buy down the road, and guess what....I was able to upgrade like I wanted to, got the device cheaper, and from much friendlier people. The only thing saving me from staying with Sprint was the rep on the phone, avoid this store like the plague. I wouldnt recommend this location to anybody.

They suck. Youll wait for 20 min to get these people to answer the phone and when you do, youll find that the quality of people is so poor that they cannot answer simple and direct questions. It will be a frustrating waste of time. Id like to believe that they are not also rude and that when they hung up on me, it was by mistake so I conclude that they are either rude or incompetent or both. If you must buy a sprint phone, take your business to Best Buy where rebates are taken off at the register and you can avoid dealing with these people. Better yet, Id try going somewhere else all together. Only AT&T is worse, all others would be an improvement. ALso, Sprint unethically charges 4G "access" to people who live in areas without 4G coverage and dont offer a "3G-only" configuration that avoids this charge. What other business could get away with that? Thats like ordering a pizza, paying and then finding out that you live outside the delivery area so you have to pay even though you wont be getting anything!

Went there with a friend to get his Note 7 returned, but there was some issue with the owner of the account and he couldnt exchange it because of Sprints new policy, staff didnt try get him to return the Note 7 on the spot and let him leave the store, which I believe is not what theyre supposed to do with the new Note 7 policy. Depends on time of day you go though, wasnt too thrilled with service we got, glad Im on Project Fi and just have to deal with their towers.

This store which is sprint. They are so deceiving and they lied completely. They said you only lease the phone and never own it and they would pay the early termination fee, but you have to turn your Verizon phones in. Its a total scam and I would never recommend switching from Verizon to sprint. I will never step foot in that store again ever. Nothing but deceit and a Web of lies.
