This store is a stellar examples of the level of Customer DIS-Service AT&T is known for. When the associate realized that I needed service (to replacement an iPhone 7+ with a cracked screen), and that her interaction with me was NOT going to end in a sale, she became curt and dismissive. Even to the point of engaging in a discussion with a group of co-workers regarding the best size "YETI" mug to buy, while searching for an Asurion brochure as a solution to my concern. Verizon is looking better and better.
