I love the customer service given at this location. Gage the new store manager helped me with my account and the craziness it was in. I have 5 lines on my account and everyone lines were flip flopped by upgrades being taken from one number added to the other. He helped get to the bottom of this mess and now all of our lines and phones are connected to the right number. This was a process and he was patient enough to see it through. Also he came to realize that I was still being charged for a phone that was turned in a year ago; they immediately reimbursed me the total amount I had paid over the course of that year :). If it wasnt for his keen eye and attention to detail this would have gone un-noticed. This is the only sprint store I will deal with. Thanks to the team at Wilson Mills Rd...

We recently signed up for Sprint at a Sarasota, Fl store and had a horrible experience. We went into the Richmond store to add a line for my boyfriends daughter and we had the pleasure of being helped by April. She was extremely helpful. I could not be happier with the experience I had. Up until going into the Richmond store every time I went into a store, no one greeted us and that seemed to be the standard in every Florida sprint store I went into; however April greeted us immediately, was very knowledgable, and corrected the mistakes the Sarasota store had made. I left very happy.

Unprofessional, very poor services at this store. they could not have enough staff, as a good professional and responsible business, The worst part is no one at this store cares. I will NEVER recommend this location to anyone, not even to someones dog !!! If you need to get to Sprint store find other branch in neighborhood, It worth driving for longer time than deal with unprofessional/ non educated reps like them. Gage the store manager goes way above and beyond the bar to assure customer satisfaction. Ive only had sprint for a little while now, but I wouldnt want to deal with any other store, or team than this store. I would highly recommend Gage and his team at the Richmond store to anyone, any day! Hands down the best customer service Ive ever gotten.

The person who helped us was unable to devote a full minute to completing the task at hand before he was trying to help his untrained and incompetent staff. Very frustrating. Do not go with this horrific service provider.. whTever you do!!!!

Very uneducated staff . They charged me a whole bunch of wrong charges. Basically my experience with this store was the worst I ever had. I would not recommend it to anyone please go to another sprint store if possible
