One day we went into this "Sprint" store, expecting to get upgraded new phones. We were kindly greeted by a friendly worker who was happy to help us. We picked out our new phones. We were excited and happy, until he set up our new phones which took about an hour each. He did not have time to transfer the pictures (because we were about to go out of town) so he said he would keep our old phones, until we got back. We came back from vacation, to get our pictures, the worker said he had sent our phones back to the Sprint warehouse. This caused us to lose graduation pictures, vacation picures, and more from 2 years. He appologized once and then said he will try to get them back. Weeks passes and we did not hear a word until we called him and all he said was that he could not get them. We called Sprint, who could not help us because this store is a third party store, and we never got our phones. This was a very disappointing experience and I will never return to this third party "Sprint" store.

This was the best store ever . I previously been with Verizon and wanted to switch to sprint from the store down my street . The salesmen there were rude . My friend had recremended this store because he said the salesmen there really helped him a couple months ago when he got his new phone. I went to this store for my upgrades this year and I have never had more help in my life. Thanks to the people here I really found what I was looking for and have been satisfied ever since .

Still no call back still not fixed my buy one get one still charging me. You may have a good experience but wait until u get ure first bill then u will see its all lies Dont buy a phone from this place. They tell you its buy 1 get 1 and then charve you for all 4 phones when you bring the mistake to there attention its been 4 months and there charging me almost 350 bucks a month. There worst than verizon dont switch its not worth the head ache

Horrible. ...was there 4 hours and the moron working that kept messing the phones up...clearly had no clue what he was doing....guess they hire anyone....I hope yr ass gets fired...yr worthless. ...it was Monday from 6pm to almost 10pm....on January 9th......who ever the white guy was fire him....horrible service and his personal hygiene was absolutely disgusting!!!

Repersentive didnt help at all told him my phone constantly going dead and it would get hot when I charged it all he did was tell me to remove some of my apps. I had to ask him to check my battery he said Oh yes I need a new battery try a store around the corner for a new battery. I been with Sprint 10+ years worst experience ever

I had been thinking about upgrading my phone for awhile. I saw this store when I was out shopping and wasnt planning on buying anything. I ended up buying the Epic and I love it! I wasnt sure what phone to get and Todd helped me decide what was best for me. I couldnt be happier. Thanks Todd!
