This Sallys sure do have something against certain people. Every time I go there I am followed. Never stole and is not something I am interested in doing now. It just sucks that your shopping experience has to be ruined because someone looks at you and think you are interested in taking an $8 nail polish. I went there to buy nail polish for a wedding and a lady stood there watching me and my 3 family members. So I asked my sister if she was watching us to see if we were going to steal. I could have said it in Creole, but chose English because she was making me uncomfortable and I wanted her to know this. She replied back "its my job"! I didnt know your job requirement was to stereotype and make someone feel uncomfortable. We went back and forth and I got her to state her name. The back and forth continued until she ran to her co-worker to tell. That same co-worker ask how we were doing and I answered her sharply and with an attitude. I do not agree with some of my actions but felt like this was the last straw. Will not be going there again! Its sad to see society at its lowest point, painted with silent racism and deadly stereotypes. Maybe Im taking it to the extreme but its sad that I have to keep my guards up in 2017! People that have similar traits does not necessarily have similar characteristics.

TERRIBLE. I walked in with my mother to purchase nail polish tonight. We were followed and watched like a hawk while other customers browsed the aisles FREELY. There were three or four employees in the store at the time. While we browsed the nail polish two employees watched from behind an item display. When I looked up from the nail polish I was interested in, one employee darted from her position behind the aisle and ran to another to hide. The third was at the cash register with a rude, disgusting scowl on her face like we didnt belong in HER store. I dont care about what other people have done (ie. stolen, caused commotion, etc.) Their situations have absolutely nothing to do with me. Although this establishment is less than 10 minutes away from my residence I will not be shopping here anymore. I will willingly add a few extra minutes to my drive and visit another BSS to avoid being treated like a criminal. KEEP your $6 nail polish. If you cant work politely and efficiently without clouded judgement then maybe you should remove yourself from jobs that require you to interact with people.

Glad I dont need products from Sallys, and plan to never go there again. Lady who worked there stood by the nail aisle and just stared at me and the people who was with me. When we complained about it (not to her, but out loud), she has the nerve to get an attitude with us. But she never responded to my response about her doing that because we are black. This is the first time it has escalated but this is not the first time this has happened at Sallys. If you think I will steal nail polish, then you better accuse me based on my gestures and face expressions, not my color. There is also a better approach.

Horrible associates, they discriminate against others and they are not professional at all. They speak minimum English and dont know anything about their products. Might I add they are disrespectful.
