Worst customer service I have ever received. I stood in line for 15 minutes and when I finally got to the counter to pay for my tea, the girl ringing people up walked away. I sat at the counter with my credit card out for another 5 minutes or so, waiting to be helped and none of the employees seemed to care to even speak to me or help ring me up, even though none of them seemed to be very busy with anything. The last straw was when an employee came to ring someone up even though I was standing there next in line waiting!! I walked out a very frustrated customer without my tea. I wont be going back and certainly would NOT recommend this store unless someone is looking for a great way to waste their time being ignored by the employees. Horrible horrible customer service!!!

This store is a waste of time and money. They have very poor service I stood at counter waiting to get helped for 5 mins while the 2 girls working talked about their sunburns they got tanning and over the weekend. I finally turned and started to walk away when one asked if I needed assistance. My reply was no your conversation is to important to interrupt than helping me get tea and walked out. Stopped outside doorway and heard what a jerk. Dont recommended this location or company.

While I love many of their blends of tea, I feel that they are overpriced needlessly due to the brand name alone. This certainly goes for the tea accessories more than anything. Stick to the tea alone and you wont be disappointed. Okay value for the money.

They been extremely helpful and know their product very well Josh bought me a glass teapot and some blooming tea and I think the flowers are beautiful my husband going to their store anytime and get me a gift its a great store
