All of the customer service ladies are extremely nice. They offer assistance and help you find the product that meets your needs. This store always has the products that I need and the prices are great. Xtra also has a point system, you get $20 off after spending a certain amount of money. The hours are fairly late, I am able to go after work. Awesome store!!

I love this place. Been living in Jamaica all my life and was excited when I found out about the beauty supply store coming to the area. The store is well kept and the workers are all very pleasant and helpful. They always have everything Im looking for and because of that, Ill always be a customer.

They have everything you need. This is the only store that has the curly locs! Customer service is great, they have a nice discount for students, stylists, military,officers, and seniors. Plus they have a point card. So very good benefit :) prices for merchandise is cheaper than other stores.

Very good customer service, I was today with my girlfriend to get a deep conditioner, the laydi at the front door was so helpful and nice with my girl, the cashier an Asian laydi so nice... we will come back soon.

owners are rude dont even acknowledge you when your speaking. They sold me the wrong hair and they wouldnt even take it back !! When they knew they where wrong . Wont go back .
