They arent THAT bad with customer service, I just wish they would greet people, but then again not many people are used to that so I guess it may not necessary. I like to purchase my products online, but being that I needed something rather quickly, I made a stop. They usually have popular brands for front laces and quite a selection hair care products so youre bound to find what youre looking for....for me its an experience however and they lack that, A+ for effort a buyer/floor man in the lower level has an attractive personality, but he can be touch and go.

This place is absolutely ridiculous. Called to inquire about a type of hair I wanted to buy, the girl that answered the phone was not friendly and refused to tell me how much the hair cost. Is this normal for beauty shops to refuse information over the phone?
